Dear sir,
My name is Nisha Garg. I am writing in reference with the
potential problems encountered during our visit to "The Indian
Museum" last week.
On Wednesday, 17th June; me and my best friend's grandfather, who
recently came from Canada, decided to visit our well-known, "The Indian
Museum" which plays a pivotal role and a contributing factor in enriching
a heritage of our country.
To be honest, at first, we were overwhelmed with exquisite
ambience of museum. However, to our surprise, we confronted some predominant
issues which are cumbersome to be neglected. First and foremost, sitting
arrangement, which is pretty irksome as there are no benches to relax. Though,
youngsters can adjust, elderly who lacks physical strength finds difficult to
walk without taking rest. Additionally, museum attendant was not pleasant, he
didn't take keen interest to explain the displayed artifacts. My best friend's
grandfather is writing book 'The Heritage', he is exceedingly displeased from
the rude behavior of attendant as he did not answer to his queries.
I would like to recommend
you to mitigate this issue by arranging double or triple skater benches
especially for senior citizens as well as disciplinary guidelines for staff. Museum
has potential to become a high-revenue sector for the tourism ministry. if
these problems are tackled, it would be a win-win situation for center
authorities as well as visitors.
Hoping for kind consideration
Yours faithfully,
Nisha Garg
