.Some people believe that young people bring more profits to a company. Others say that older people actually bring more profits. Discuss both views and give your opinion
It is widely known that private companies thrive when they are profitable i.e. when their revenues are greater than their expenditure. However, there are predominantly contrasting views where a section of society vociferously deems that youth are capable to bring more profit. While others emphasize that older people, due to their experience, can lead to greater profits than their counterparts.

Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that young generation have a positive impact on a company’s bottom line in the profit & loss statement and have many reasons to substantiate this argument. First and foremost is, in 21st century technology is changing dynamicallytechnology has grown by leaps and bounds and it is widely believed that younger people can embrace to these changes better. For example, next generation technology companies like facebook and twitter have a comparatively younger work force that are driving the technology and its changes. Secondly, young people are much more energetic than their older counterparts due to obvious biological reasons. Thirdly, younger generation are much more liberal and have a different world view that is needed in a world changing so quickly.

On the other hand, some believe that old people have an upper edge over young people for myriad reasons. Chiefly, because of the experience old people have an ability to handle important tasks better. To illustrate, Major bigwig companies like TATA, Infosys etc etcetra have people over 50 years of age in the senior management. Additionally, old people are systematic and organized, two significant traits required by corporates which are lacking in young people.

In my opinion, both young and old people bring different skills and traits to the table. Therefore, it is mandatory to have an optimum mix of both in order to reap in more profits. (example needed)

 More complexity
 Connecting words like consequently, subsequently, conspicuously, evidently, henceforth, resultantly, owing to, at the outset.
 Lacks coherence

Nowadays, many families move overseas for job opportunities. Some people think this is beneficial for the children of these families. While others think children will find it difficult. Discuss both views and give your opinion?

Nowadays, many families move overseas for job opportunities. Some people think this is beneficial for the children of these families. While others think children will find it difficult. Discuss both views and give your opinion?

It is an irrefutable fact that employment opportunities are in good numbers humongous abroad. In the contemporary era, people are shifting bases to these countries more often in order to leverage the benefits. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where one section of society vociferously deems that this trend brings numerous benefits to the children of the families moving abroad whereas the others emphasize that these children would find it hard to adjust in the new environment.
Apparently, some people advocate that younger ones' future will take an upside turn when they will move to the developed world from the third world countries. These people have multifarious reasons to bolster their argument. First and foremost, developed countries have a state of the art educational infrastructure and the universities that are placed in the topmost rung worldwide. This guarantees a promising future for these children. To illustrate, United States of America has eminent universities like Harvard university and Stanford university, regarded as the best in QS University Rankings. Secondly, under developed and developing countries lack the basic healthcare required for sustenance. Due to this reason infant mortality rates are highest in the world for these countries. On the other hand, developed countries provide best healthcare facilities to young ones either free of cost or at a very nominal charge.

On the contrary, there are some who believe that children will have to face the music upon shifting to new countries due to myriad reasons. Chiefly, because of biological reasons it is hard for them to adjust to new climate. Would not this lead to detrimental repercussions on their health? Certainly yes. For example: Most of the children moving from hot climate of India to colder regions of Canada get hospitalized. Furthermore, teens will have trouble in making new friends at the new place and will have to bear the brunt for a few years initially.

In my opinion, although there are bright opportunities for families looking to move overseas but they should not take this decision impulsively. Instead, it should be carefully thought out while analysing both the pros and cons and its direct implications on their children.

Write a letter to the airport manager, about a flight that you missed for your business trip because of problem that occurred at the airport. Please explain in your letter

• what was the problem ?
• what happened as a result of the missed flight?
• what would you like him/her to do about it?

Dear sir,

My name is Nisha Garg. I am writing this letter to apprise you an incident of gross mismanagement by the airport staff members which lead to many passengers missing an indispensable flight to Bangalore on 16th of May.

Due to an utter confusion among your subordinates, a few passenger's luggage(including mine) was boarded into another domestic flight to Bombay. By the time we received our baggage, the plane to Bangalore had already taken off. Intense altercation with the airport staffs ensued for adjusting us in another flight but to no avail.

Consequently, I missed an inevitable business meeting with our client which was to take place the next morning. Because there was no other flight scheduled to Bangalore in the next 24 hours, I could not reach Bangalore on time. This has costed our company dearly in terms of revenue and the business loss.

Writing on behalf of all the fellow passengers who are livid, I would like you to take stringent action against the irresponsible employees. Furthermore, all the passengers who missed this flight should be reimbursed by the airport authority.

Looking forward to seeing some serious actions being taken against this untoward incident.

Yours faithfully,
Nisha Garg

• Explain why it's important for him/her to be at the wedding

Dear John,

Hope you're doing well. You'll be exalted to know that I m getting married on 4th July and you're cordially invited to attend the marriage cultural ceremonies.

You might not be surprised to know who I'll be marrying. Yes, it is Meera, my long time girlfriend and your classmate since our college days in New Jersey. If you weren't there, I wouldn't have ever met such a lovely person with whom I'll be tying the knot in a couple of weeks.

On my wedding day, morning would start with haldi ceremony, which is an age-old Indian custom. In the afternoon, lunch would be served with desserts. Later in the evening, sehra Bandhi will be followed by wedding processions in Indian style.

As I would be busy, I want you to take care of the arrangements. Additionally, you being my closest buddy, I want you to be my best man. Therefore, don't even think about giving my big day a miss, as your presence is indispensable.

Hoping to seeing you coming a day before the wedding so that we can have a chat over a beer.

Yours lovingly.
Mack

You have rented an apartment lately but you are facing some problems. Write a letter to the landlord :
● Describe the details of the problem
● How are these affecting to your family
● Ask for possible solutions

Dear sir,

My name is Elizabeth. I have recently started living in your apartment at Highlands society. This is to apprise you that I m exceedingly displeased with the facilities at the apartment.

Upon moving into the apartment, we realized that it was not furnished as promised. Although, the agreement clearly states that the apartment provided to us will be furnished, it lacks basic facilities refrigerator, a television, an air conditioner. Additionally, the water is not available 24×7, which is another anomaly from the contract agreement.

Consequently, my husband has to travel to the nearest market in scorching heat in order to buy cold water for home. Because there is no television children feel bore mostly as they can not watch their favourite cartoon shows. Exasperatingly, all of my family members have to wake up early in the morning to take bath because water supply is terminated after 7am.

Please bear in mind that you are bound to resolve these issues as per our signed contract. Otherwise, I will have no other option than to pursue it legally.

Looking forward to a quick resolution to above mentioned issues.

Yours sincerely,
Elizabeth
