Answer: Increasing traffic is a burning issue. It has increased at an alarming rate. In this modern era, several nations encounter traffic in abundance. Apparently, increasing population is to be blamed for this universal phenomenon. However, the collaborative efforts by government and individual can overcome this grave issue.

Fundamentally, the predominant factors that evidently trigger it can observed. First and foremost, in contemporary era, each member in a family possess conveyance of their own. For example, if there is a family of four individuals than each individual has their own vehicle which is a high contributing factor. Secondly, a key factor influencing is varying working hours people take up individual transportation. To exemplify, in a survey held by 'people' magazine it was found that people owing to different working hours travel via personal transportation. Thirdly, in this ultra modern epoch, there has been witnessed a prolific increase in migrants residing in various cities than previous years. To illustrate, adults move from villages to cities in order to find a suitable living therefore driving their personal vehicles has substantially contributed in the increase of traffic.

Nevertheless, there are potential ways to curb this menace. chiefly, using public transportation can be a piece of cake to downgrade traffic. To vindicate, to reap the benefits of such situation society should significantly board public transportation for daily commute instead of private. Furthermore, these days car pools have become hugely successful method in declining the traffic. For instance, individuals going to the same building in offices are extremely interested for car pools as it saves the fuel and provides company during commutation. Additionally, by using eco-friendly vehicles numerous benefits can be derived. To lessen the idea of cars that runs on electricity and enormous usage of bicycle is welcomed warmly. A paradigm shift will be noticed when once above mentioned measures will be action upon to mitigate the traffic globally.  

To recapitulate, society must ensure steps are taken to prevent this problem from deteriorating further. over the top usage of personal vehicles should be stopped. A myriad of partial fixes exits for this issue yet a permanent solution is still out of reach.

It is widely known that private companies thrive when they are profitable i.e. when their revenues are greater than their expenditure. However, there are predominantly contrasting views where a section of society vociferously deems that youth are capable to bring more profit. While others emphasize that older people, due to their experience, can lead to greater profits than their counterparts.

Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that young generation have a positive impact on a company’s bottom line in the profit & loss statement and have many reasons to substantiate this argument. First and foremost is, in 21st century technology is changing dynamicallytechnology has grown by leaps and bounds and it is widely believed that younger people can embrace to these changes better. For example, next generation technology companies like facebook and twitter have a comparatively younger work force that are driving the technology and its changes. Secondly, young people are much more energetic than their older counterparts due to obvious biological reasons. Thirdly, younger generation are much more liberal and have a different world view that is needed in a world changing so quickly.

On the other hand, some believe that old people have an upper edge over young people for myriad reasons. Chiefly, because of the experience old people have an ability to handle important tasks better. To illustrate, Major bigwig companies like TATA, Infosys etc etcetra have people over 50 years of age in the senior management. Additionally, old people are systematic and organized, two significant traits required by corporates which are lacking in young people.

In my opinion, both young and old people bring different skills and traits to the table. Therefore, it is mandatory to have an optimum mix of both in order to reap in more profits. (example needed)

My name is Elizabeth. I have recently started living in your apartment at Highlands society. This is to apprise you that I m exceedingly displeased with the facilities at the apartment.

Upon moving into the apartment, we realized that it was not furnished as promised. Although, the agreement clearly states that the apartment provided to us will be furnished, it lacks basic facilities refrigerator, a television, an air conditioner. Consequently, my husband has to travel to the nearest market in scorching heat in order to buy cold water for home. Because there is no television children feel bore mostly as they can not watch their favourite cartoon shows. Exasperatingly, all of my family members have to wake up early in the morning to take bath because water supply is terminated after 7am.
