Dear Riya,

Hope this letter finds you in good health and best of spirits. I am delighted to tell you that I am moving to your place to pursue higher studies. My admission has just been confirmed to the cape Breton university, Nova Scotia and I am so glad to see you soon.

I am going to study masters of public health, which will be of two years. My course will commence in September 2019. My classes are scheduled in morning from 9am to 2pm.

While my stay in Nova Scotia , I would love to do a part- time job because my college is only for three days and I would be completely free for three days in a week. Henceforth, I would like to earn some money to support my living here because my father had already paid my academic fees and I don’t want him to bear more expenses.

As you have been staying here since last five years and doing a good job so I would highly appreciate if you could help me in finding a job or you could send me details of vacancies suitable for me. I owe you a lot and please help me one more time in finding employment during my stay here in Canada.

Dear sir,

I am Neeraj Sharma enrolled in part-time  diploma of marital  counselling and my  enrolment number is 7765. My course commenced this week and I was very enthusiastic about this course as I have recently completed my masters in psychology. However, I am regretful to inform you that it would not be possible for me to continue this course.

Actually, my mother had a chronic heart ailment but yesterday she suffered a massive heart attack and we had to rush to the hospital. Fortunately, she survived but her physician told us not to leave her alone for  next six months and provide her intensive care. Therefore, i have decided to quit my course because it is not possible for me to step out of my home leaving my mother on her own.

I would like to request you for refund of my fees or you could reserve a seat for me in the next session as I am very keen to do this course .

Looking for a positive response from your side

Yours faithfully,

you have recently heard that a friend of yours has suffered some problems due to unusual weather
Express concern
Tell that you have similar experience
Give some advice or offer help

Dear Riya,

I was  deeply saddened to hear about the medical problem you faced due to heavy smog in our area. You were already asthmatic and the poor air quality had made your breathing problem even worse that you had to  get hospitalised.

I had experienced the similar problem when I was at my sister's place where air pollution was quite high and I developed bronchitis and was not able to step out of their home. My physician informed me that It might be due to allergic response to heavy dust and pollen grains. In your case, as you also have fever so it is probably the hay fever.

I am hoping that you are taking very good care of yourself but still I would like to suggest you some home remedies which were very effective in my case , such as drinking plenty of water, eat honey and ginger at night to soothe the respiratory tract and wear mask whenever you go out

I pray to god for your quick recovery.

Yours lovingly,
Neeraj

You visited another city in your country. Prior to the visit you requested some information from a tourist centre, but the information was incorrect. Write a letter to the manager of the centre and say
What information were you looking for
What was incorrect in it
What happened to you because of it
Dear sir,

I am Neeraj Sharma, recently received services from your renowned tourist centre. However, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the incorrect information rendered to me.

I visited the Jaipur with my family on 13 March y and my friend recommended your centre to book the best hotel and restaurant. Therefore, I booked a hotel as per your information.

Unfortunately, the information provided by you was contrary to the services offered. Firstly, you claimed that the hotel is five star but it was not even a three-star place. I have made payment for a deluxe room but I was appalled to discover that the room does not have its own washroom.Secondly, your   information was totally incorrect as far the food is concerned, it was mentioned that we will be served gourmet food but it was of poor quality.

I suffered a lot because of misguidance from your side and I had to shift to another hotel and I skipped most of the meals and was forced to eat out. Overall, my trip was spoiled because of your misleading information and I am entitled to receive my payment back because I did not use any of your facility.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon and I want a sincere apology from your end.

Yours faithfully,
Neeraj Sharma

Dear sir,

I am Neeraj Sharma, working as a delivery boy in the renowned food outlet Zomato. I have hired a car from your rental company for three months, and I am writing to complain about the air conditioner that is not functioning from the day I rented the car.

Let me explain my situation, I rented a swift desire, model2008 on 1st March 2009  for delivering the food orders because my own car got crashed in an accident. It was fully operational when I booked it from your agency, however, when I took it to my work it’s air conditioner stopped working and it has caused me great difficulty throughout the day. I even contacted the company on phone and they assured it will be fixed within two days but it has not been picked from my place till date.

I would like you to provide me another vehicle because it is very hard for me to go on a  two-wheeler in such scorching heat and perform my duties. Moreover, car is still at my place and I think it will take almost ten more days to get it repaired. Thus, provide me another car for usage.

You recently went on a trip with a friend and you both took some photographs.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter:
• ask your friend to send you one of the photographs
• explain why you need that particular photograph
• and tell your friend what happened to your copy of ithttps://youtu.be/Hc1osaYWBqQ

Dear Riya,

I hope you are doing well and cherishing the memories of our trip to Kashmir last month. However, I am writing to ask you for the favour of sending me a particular photograph.

Well, we had captured many pictures of serene beauty and every picture is magnificent and I owe this to your high- resolution camera and your photography skills. Nonetheless, I am referring to our picture clicked near the dull lake in the Kashmir where we were dressed up in the traditional attire.

I am in the real need of that picture because my niece is participating in a fancy dress competition and she wants to get dolled up in the same manner as we did in that picture.

I could have given mine to her but I had sent mine to my mother as she really liked that picture and she wanted to keep it with her. Thus, you are my only hope in this situation as I think you have multiple negatives of that picture. I would be so grateful if you get it developed and send it to me.

My niece and I will be waiting for the picture.

Warm regards
Neeraj

You have recently visited a museum. Now write a letter to your friend about the museum you have visited. In your letter, write:
 where you went
 what you saw there
 how you felt about it

Dear  Riya,

I hope you are doing fine and you will be delighted to know that I have recently visited a museum named diwan Khalsa that you had recommended me several times.

Well, I went to my aunt’s place that in Chandigarh during my summer vacations and she took me to this museum about which I have been getting positive reviews from everyone. The museum is located in the city Anandpur Sahib which has famous for the religious activities.

It was a mesmerising experience for all of us because there were displays of heroic acts of Sikh guru and a complete history of the Sikh culture presented in a dignified manner. There was a separate section of all the battles fought by sikh soldiers and how they had received torturous punishment for following their religion and that was quite painful to see.

It was very informative experience and I felt more connected with the sikh religion as I even bought literature from the museum for further delving in to roots of this culture.

I wish you could also have joined us. However, we will visit this place together on my next trip to the punjab

Best wishes

Yours lovingly,
Neeraj

Overall, my experience was horrible  due to poor services and rude behaviour of your employees.

I would like you to take notice of all the staff who were on duty on that day. I would highly appreciate if you yourself monitor the responses from your customers. I think that you should not hire such employees who spoil the image of company.

I am looking forward for a prompt action

Well, I have been living in a rented apartment with my wife since 5years but now we are expecting a baby and it won't be a comfortable place to my little fellow. Therefore, I decided  that it is high time to move to a new house.

As you know I have been living in Model Town and I have purchased home in same locality. The home is three BHK and the interior is quite modern and it has all the amenities required for a comfortable life. I feel that this much space is enough for three of us. Moreover, there is big park in front of my home.

So why don't you come around and visit my place and I would be delighted if you can make any amendments in furniture setting because we both are totally confused and not done with setting till now.

Waiting for you and I am sending address of my new home separately.

Dear Sir

I live in three BHK apartment with my mother. It has a modern architecture with all amenities of comfortable living available. There is study also in my apartment which is fully furnished and has air conditioner too.

I want to rent out a room to a university graduate because my mother will be visiting my elder sister in Canada for a year and I believe it would be better to share my space with someone rather than living alone. Moreover, a free room will be occupied.

I am very particular about my tenants especially when they are students. My tenant must not drink and smoke inside the house premises. Late night parties are strictly prohibited at my place. It would be great if you refer my proposal to a female student because they are more disciplined.

There is swimming pool proposed to be built in your town. Write a letter to local council and say:
Why is this swimming pool important to you.
Suggest where it should be built.
Why is it important to build pool in side the town not outside the town.
Dear Sir,

I am Neeraj Sharma, resident of the Kailash nagar, Samrala. I highly appreciate your proposal of constructing a swimming pool in our town and I am writing to make some suggestions regarding this.

Having our own swimming pool will be highly significant for children as they will not have to travel long distances to learn swimming in other cities which is not even preferred by parents. Moreover, it will  renders an opportunity to naive adults as well to learn and experienced swimmers to hone their skills.

I would like to suggest you  to allocate the open space besides the public school for this pool because it is in proximity to school which will encourage every parent to teach swimming to their children. Additionally, many people visit that area in morning and evening time and jog there.

It is quintessential to construct this pool inside the town so that everyone can obtain maximum benefits by either learning professional swimming or just playing recreational sports. If it will be outside the town the footfalls would not be the same as it would be for inside town.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours faithfully,
Neeraj sharma.

Your company need cafeteria. Write a letter to manager for opening a cafeteria for staff
Why there should be cafeteria
What place is best for opening cafeteria
What benefits a company can have from it.

Dear Sir,

I am Neeraj Sharma, employed as a clinical psychologist in mind plus organisation. I am writing to request you for opening a cafeteria for all employees.
The need for opening a cafeteria has always been discussed in every meeting because it is quintessential to have a tidy and separate place for the worker for their lunch. Moreover, most employees order beverages from outside which were not promptly delivered and hygiene has always been a concern.

The room adjacent to the garden will be a suitable place for cafeteria because the worker can enjoy nature while having their meals. The rush is less in comparison to other blocks of our company.

Our company will be benefitted by having its own cafe because we can hire kitchen staff for cooking and get rent from them. This will add to our finances.

I hope you will consider my request.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Neeraj Sharma

Doctors nurses and teachers are great are contributions to the society and should be paid more than entertainment and sports celebrities. Do you agree or disagree? writing task-2 IELTS

Doctors nurses and teachers are great are contributions to the society and should be paid more than entertainment and sports celebrities. Do you agree or disagree?

SAMPLE ANSWER :  It is an undeniable fact that there are myriad of professions which work hand to hand construct the society. It is often argued that professions like doctors , nurses and teachers should get paid more  in contrast to people in entertainment industry and in sports . I firmly agree with the given notion.

Apparently, Its imperative to increase wages for professions like doctors nurses and teachers due to plethora of reasons. To begin with, doctors and nurses have highly significant part in saving lives  and deliver health while teachers impact knowledge to children teach moral ethical values. Secondly, doctors and nurses are treated like god by some and respected by many because of this significant contribution toward humans irrespective of day and night and have to be cautions all the time while treating patients for example, while performing extensive surgery doctors need to be attentive and focused. It  paramount in their professions to show care and be responsible toward patients. Similarly, teachers deliver education, knowledge and etiquette in the growing mind of children as they are like an empty bucket and their character is like an molten clay, one can mold their incarnations of God into a responsible and caring denizens.

Furthermore, health care professionals are more enforced to the hazardous infection while treating patients which can evidently trigger detrimental effects leading to health in doctor and nurses and yet they work for benefit of humanity. Beside this , study and learning related to these professions never ends, one have to keep themselves updated according to the changing epoch. For instance if now medication , invention and equipment is invented this updated knowledge can prove to have influential result while treating patient  , hence new advancement must be learnt by the health care workers. Likewise,  if there is an edition in children academic teachers have to learn it by themselves before inculcating knowledge in children. Additionally, health care workers does not have a fixed time frame for work they have to be available when needed which is a huge sacrifice  and needed to be compensate with adequate wages.

To conclude, there are services oriented groups and their significance cannot be downsized , where as entertainment industry does not provide same level of benefits to people

Some people think that the employers should not care about the way their employees dress, because what matters is the quality of their work.To what extent do you agree or disagree?WRITING TASK-2 IELTS

Some people think that the employers should not care about the way their employees dress, because what matters is the quality of their work.To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Employers of an organisation are the corner stone in the growth of a company. It is often argued that management should not be concerned about dressing presentation of their staff and should only take consideration of their efficacy and performance. However ,in my contention, I partially agree to the given notion.

Apparently, making a formal dress code mandatory hold wide range of constructive benefits. To begin with, having an official dress plays key influential role in maintaining uniformity, discipline and oneness thereby eliminating financial discrimination in the company. To exemplify,TICS company in India poses strict regulations on their employees to wear formal dress which represents their harmony and integrity of their workers with the organization.Secondly, it has been scrutinized that, management which is over concerned and considerate about their staff outfit, there has been proliferation in the constructive criticism between the subordinates and employers thereby leading to the surge in the company's revenue holistically. Moreover,it has been proven in various statistics that clients are more inclined towards the services of those companies in which their staff wear formal dresses with the company logo on their shirts. Conspicuously, dresses worn by the workers plays substantial contribution in the benefiting the corporation in terms of fame and revenue as they are welcomed warmly by the customers.

On the other hand, efficiency should be judged of an individual irrespective of their dressing sense. For instance ,the BYJUS company employees often nullity this view by saying that workers feel stressed and pressurized when they are obliged to wear same dress over the whole week.Besides this, workers are not able to air their opinions in those companies where the controlling bodies are over protective and harsh on their staff for their dressing choices. To vindicate , workers have been seen to shift their jobs too often where the corporation have stern norms and tariffs and are more liberal to work with their maximum potential where dressing regulations are not imposed on them.

To conclude, uniform is somewhere essential in bringing the staff and organization together, however quality of work depends upon the employees commitment who are not bound to any restrictions therefore a dress code of three days a week should be accepted and other days employees should have the choice to Wear clothes of their choice

Many people believe that today there is a general increase in anti-social behavior and lack of respect for others. What might have caused this situation? How to improve it ?

SAMPLE ANSWER: Anti –social behavior is a burning issue. It has increased at an alarming rate. In this contemporary era, immense number of people are  not respecting each other . Apparently, modernization, physical violence views in movies and antisocial video games are to blamed for this universal phenomenon. However, it can be cleverly eradicated provided a slew of remedial measures are taken up.

Fundamentally, the predominant factors that evidently trigger it can be observed. To being with,  workaholic life is the inevitable contributing factor to enhance the gap between families. Owing to the hectic schedule people have no quality time to spend with each other . Yet another, separation of families is the paramount significant cause of this tendency. To corroborate, in past people used to live in joint families where approximate three generations were live together  and respect each other but now generation  wants to stay n nuclear families.  Inclusively, the outrageously use of mobile phones and  advance technology also the substantial reason of this trend. As a consequence, youth isolate themselves from their elders and wants to spend their time on their computers games and on their smart-phones. For instance, BBC  published a survey in which it was mentioned that 63% juvenile indulge themselves in vandalism activities after playing the violence games. Eventually, in this ultra modern epoch, both parents are working so they do not have enough time to watch over their striplings activities  what kind of shows they are binge watching on t.v

Nevertheless, there are potential ways to curb this menace. Chiefly, government should strictly allocate the limited working hours for the employees. So that they should spend some leisure time with their peers and family. Meanwhile, populace should organize fortnightly , monthly events with their grand parents and with their elders. Furthermore, parents put an eagle eye on their children activities and a lot only limited time to watch television and video games. In addition to this, schools should give awareness to  students about what are the detrimental effects of watching violence shows. Moreover, rigorous actions should be taken against those media channels in which too –much illegal activities are shown up.

Suffice to say, society must ensures steps are taken to prevent this problem from deteriorating further. A myriad of potential fixes exits for this issues. Yet  a permanent solution still out of reach

Many sportsperson bring glory to their nations  by achieving success in  local or international sporting events. However, there predominately two contrasting views about rendering financial sources to these sports personalities where a section of society vehemently deems that the government must espouse their finances while others consider it is the onus of non government sources.

Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that  the government should take responsibility of monetary resources. First and foremost reason is that these players sacrifice many employment opportunities owing to their dedication for the game. Many expensive training and equipment are often purchased from their personal funds. Henceforth, if the same player is representing a country and bagging the top positions in international competitions should be recognized by the government authorities.Secondly, when a sports team or individual participate in an international event, they  act  as an ambassador of the country and it inspires the nation especially youngsters to follow their footsteps. Ergo, it is a matter of pride for nations as well so such achievers must receive financial benefits.

On the other hand, some people espouse that the non government organisations should  sponsor the sportsperson because it will not only take off the burden from the shoulders of the government authorities but also renders better opportunities for training for players. Moreover, such organisations are business oriented as they can use these players for endorsements of the services consequently adding to more financial gains for the company. For instance, A boxer from India was backed by a business owner of energy drink and when that player won gold  for India , promoted his brand.

In my opinion, the government should provide employment to the people who represent the country on the international front when they retire from their sports activities and continuous aid must be provided by non governmental agencies

There is an increasing number of serious crimes committed each year. While some people say that the best way would be to use the death penalty as a deterrent, many say that other measures would be needed. Discuss both sides and opine. WRITING TASK-2 I IELTS

There is an increasing number of serious crimes committed each year. While some people say that the best way would be to use the death penalty as a deterrent, many say that other measures would be needed. Discuss both sides and opine.

SAMPLE ANSWER : The cases of serious offences are increasing ever year owing to lacks in the legal system. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views regarding imposing punishments, where a section of society vehemently deems that death penalty is the only punishment for such heinous crimes while some people emphasize that other measures should be taken to deal with such criminals.

Apparently, various reasons make a section of people advocate that the death penalty is most appropriate for serious crimes such as murder and rape because if constitution would spare such sinners it may encourage many evil-minded people to do the same in future and it will be a mockery of the legal system. Secondly, if a cruel person had killed or raped another person he also has no right to live. Therefore, such criminals must be sentenced to death and majority of civilians espouse this because they do not want to live a life full of apprehensions. For instance, In December 2013, in India a girl was murdered, then the whole country pleaded for capital punishment for the offenders.

On the other hand, some people reckon that others measures could be taken such as lifetime imprisonment or serving in the foster homes for juvenile delinquents due to the fact that sometimes the innocent young people get trapped in such criminal activities without any involvement. Henceforth is such cases the authorities must consider other measures than capital punishment.

Moreover, in some cases where someone gets killed during gang wars where both the parties were equally guilty and the offender had no plan of committing such crime and it happened only due  the heat of the moment or by accident. For instance, In Punjab, India a group of college students started with a minor argue and that went to a major fight and accidentally one of the students was killed but the judge sentenced long term jail to the offenders considering their background was clean.

In my opinion, the death penalty should be the most favored punishment in cases of serious crimes which creates shame on the society so such persons have no right to live on the earth. While the cases where such criminal act was accidental then other measures can be considered too

Young people who commit serious crimes should be punished in the same way as adults. Do you agree or disagree? Writing atsk-2

Young people who commit serious crimes should be punished in the same way as adults. Do you agree or disagree?

SAMPLE ANSWER : Criminal activities are on the rise with every passing year, young people are no exception as they are equally involved in serious offences. It is often argued that young offenders should serve the same punishment as adults when they commit serious crimes. However, I strongly disagree with the given notion.

Apparently, there are myriad reasons for not sentencing the harsh penalties, first and foremost is that the young minds are impressionable and they get trapped in wrong intentions of evil-minded people and start acting in the same way. For instance, In India, many adolescents were captured by the cops for smuggling illegal drugs and they had no idea of the consequences of what they were doing. Henceforth, such fragile minded youngsters should be educated about the values of the society, putting them behind the bars is not a positive solution. Secondly, it is morally unacceptable to sentence brutal punishment to younger people because they are in the development phase and it is sometimes difficult for them to differentiate between right and wrong. Sometimes they violate the laws accidentally or due to their outrageous behavior. For instance, driving cars on high speed under the influence of alcohol is commonly seen in many youngsters. Ergo, such behaviors need counseling and corrective measures so that the respect the legal system and admit their mistakes.

Furthermore, penalizing in the same way as adults can make the matter worse because the young people may take punishment as an insult and start developing a hatred for the legal system and constitution subsequently extremists develop out of those young people. To substantiate my view, A recent research study in the Paris university revealed that the majority of  gangsters were harshly punished for  little  mistakes and that caused them to adopt illegal ways. In addition to this, sometimes the stigma of imprisonment make the person mentally weak and does not allow them to reconnect to the society. Ergo, such punishment should be avoided, rather the offender should be educated to sympathy  with the victims.

Having dwelled at such thought it is ostensible that young convicts should not receive the same penalties as the adults owing to the negative consequences and it can cause more harm than benefit.

People generally know that the environment is important. However most individuals still do not take responsibility to protect the environment. Why is this? What should be done to encourage people to protect environment? WRITING TASK-2

People generally know that the environment is important. However most individuals still do not take responsibility to protect the environment. Why is this? What should be done to encourage people to protect environment?

SAMPLE ANSWER : Despite being aware of the environment and the current issues concerned with it, people still do not take pragmatic solutions for the betterment of the environment. Apparently, there are several reasons attributed to this attitude. However,  the mindset of people towards the protection of the environment can be changed by taking some remedial measures.

Fundamentally, people don’t give any serious attention to this matter because they are self-absorbed and highly immersed in their own lives,  full filling their own needs and accomplishing goals they have set for themselves. Thus, in their busy scheduled life they have insufficient time to think about global issues. Secondly, people are less concerned as they have not experienced the harmful effects themselves, it is an old saying that people come to action when a  threat is approaching towards them or it is a Do or die situation. For instance, environment effects such as global warming and green house effect has destroyed many plant and animal species but humans are still surviving. However, when the negative consequences will be suffered by humans then they will come in to action.

Nevertheless, there are potential ways to curb this menace. Chiefly, by ingraining the concept of environment protection in the minds of Young children by continuous conditioning in the form of academics and other environment friendly activities. Besides this, on the individual level we should be reasonable to our Mother Nature and perform activities to make it a better place for living such as by planting trees , shunning pollution and changing our outlook that it is not merely the onus of the government.

To conclude, society must ensure steps are taken to prevent this problem from deteriorating further. A myriad partial fixes exit for this issue, yet a permanent solution is out of reach.

Many museums charge for admission while others are free. Do you think the advantages of charging people for admission to museums outweigh the disadvantages? WRITING TASK-2

Many museums charge for admission while others are free. Do you think the advantages of charging people for admission to museums outweigh the disadvantages?

SAMPLE ANSWER : Museums act as preservation and  exhibition site for the antiques and remains of ancient culture and heritage. Many museums charge some fees to enter and access the information stored while others allow visitors to spectator free of cost. Charging people for admission to museums has both pros and cons, however, the advantages outshines the disadvantages.

On the constructive part, there are numerous merits for both management team and visitors. chiefly, the amount charged can be used in the maintenance of building and adding extra features to the items displayed such as adding effects of different lighting and sounds and renovation of museum  infrastructure to provide a mesmerizing experience to the visitors. Secondly, the money collected in the form entry fees can be used to create extra facilities for the people so that they can have comfortable experience during their visits such as adding extra seating arrangements , provision of literature for free and availability of light snacks for free.

On the destructive side, charging money may decrease the footfalls as majority of antique and historic items are available on the digital media for free. Ergo, it will decline the interest of people to visit a place for a money whereas they can access loads of information for free. In addition to this, if the management start charging from the common people, the government will totally withdraw from supporting such sites which in turn not favorable for the museums.

Suffice to say, albeit charging money from public won’t help the authorities to the maximum yet there are evident advantages of paying for visits. Henceforth, Such trend should continue as its advantages supersedes the disadvantages.

WRITING TASK-2 I IELTS I DISCUSS BOTH VIEWS AND GIVE YOUR OPINION

Many people spend a lot of money on clothes , hair cut and beauty products to enhance their appearance.some people think that it is good way to spend money while others think that there are better ways to spend it. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

There are various things from which a person drives happiness and mental satisfaction and money is vital factor for fulfilling one’s desires. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that spending money   to enhance the physical appearance is acceptable while others reckon that there are more ways to spend it.

Apparently, there are several reasons that makes a section of people advocate that spending finances on highlighting one’s features by wearing makeup, hair accessories is valid because they obtain happiness by decorating themselves and making their personalities glorious. Such people are basically self- motivated to achieve distinctive personas.Secondly, many people get dolled up because they feel it is the only way to get recognition and they will be better fitted in the society as they do not appreciate their own  basic looks . For Instance, many young girls in India possess brown skin but they are so keen to get fairer skin and buy costly skin products to have a bleaching effect because they are not comfortable with their skin.

On the other hand, the people who consider that personality is not defined on the basis of looks and it is more of a strength of character , they believe others activities such as doing charity with extra money will be more valuable and contented activity. Such persons actually overlook the concept of physical beauty and believe in soul happiness. Secondly, there are many activities such as spending time in the nature such as forest and using money to experience the adventurous life also have potential for attaining a long term happiness.

In my opinion, it is an subjective choice whether one yearn happiness from material things and making their self represented in a beautiful manner or enjoying some adventurous activities. It is totally acceptable for me to spend money on beauty products however one must not try any invasive procedure that can destroy their natural beauty they possess.

As reading is important for a good education, we should encourage our children to read whatever appeals to them. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? WRITING TASK-2

As reading is important for a good education, we should encourage our children to read whatever appeals to them.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

SAMPLE ANSWER : Reading is a pillar that strengthens the good education. Many children develop reading habits by watching their parents while others have an inherent inclination towards reading. It is often argued that children must have the freedom to read whichever genre they find interesting. However, I second partly with this notion.

Apparently, reading good content always lays a strong foundation for the future of readers and it aids in the development of multiple survival skills. Thus, if a youngling is interested in reading particular genres such as fiction, biographies and memoir, must be supported by parents because of pragmatic applications of these books in real life. Secondly, reading only the books of a particular content such as historic contents, novels and classic stories aid in mastering the skills of reading and writing which in long run can be used as a career option. For instance, Twinkle Khanna, highest paid Indian female author admitted that she has been reading books since her childhood and she adopted a career as a writer after failing miserably in film line.

On the other hand, parents should be cautious about the content of the Material their young ones are consuming because many books are suitable only for adult populations. In other words,  reading such books which does not cater the purpose of developing skills is totally futile and it rather has a negative effect on the mind of children as their mental processes are not fully developed. Secondly, books such as comics and animation theme stories have little or no value for the personal lives and it is merely a way of killing free time without any evident advantages. Additionally, such books make them involved in the fantasy world and children start becoming reclusive from the real world as they find the world claimed in books is more comforting. For instance, many young girls are engrossed with the famous character Barbie stories and they avoid playing the real games.

Suffice to say, albeit, reading is vital for every individual to survive and it is considered as the most productive hobby. However, the parents should always keep an eye on what their children are reading and guide them to choose the  best material for them.

Nowadays some workplaces tend to employ equal number of men and women workers. Do you think it is positive or negative development? WRITING TASK-2

Nowadays some workplaces tend to employ equal number of men and women workers. Do you think it is positive or negative development?

Nowadays, certain professional sectors have changed the male to female ratio in their workforce by hiring equal numbers of workers from each gender. This is probably done to achieve better position in today's competitive world. However , both merits and demerits are  associated with it.

On the constructive part , employing same number of men and women fosters the growth of any sector as every gender possess unique skills which is a key requirement of that industry. For instance, hospitality and management requires both genders to provide services to their customers. Secondly, the majority of working sectors are dominated by males and their counterparts do not get opportunities despite fulfilling all the requirements, so this practice will definitely encourage the females to take on the roles which were once considered not made for them. Hence, it will empower the women and  facilitate them to run their families on their own. Moreover, it will positively affect the younger generations to enroll in  various academic programs which were considered as male oriented occupation due to lack of employment for females such as defense services and transportation sector.

On the other hand, some companies believe it as a negative development as they are forced to hire employees on gender basis and they often have to overlook the more skillful personals just to fit in the policy. This may act as a deterrent for the growth and stability of company. In addition to this another disadvantage of hiring equal number of females is that the owners financial burdens increase in the times of maternity leaves and   industries often suffers work back log when their positions got vacant on temporary basis.

In conclusion, albeit hiring equal number of women in the workforce have some demerits but it's pros substantially supersedes the cons. Therefore it is a positive development.

In many countries children spend hours on Homework. Some people think that less homework can reduce the stress and give them chance to develop other skills. What is your opinion ? WRITING TASK-2

In many countries children spend hours on Homework. Some people think that less homework can reduce the stress and give them chance to develop other skills. What is your opinion ?

Every school has designed their curriculum in a way that students must spend sufficient time on their homework. Many  people reckon that students should not be burdened with excessive homework rather they should be allowed to  develop other skills during their home stay. However, in my opinion, the amount of homework given must be sufficient enough to keep them busy after school.

Apparently, the students were given homework so that they can practice whatsoever they had learned in class room and it also help in developing discipline among students. The routine of doing homework is certainly fruitful and brings positive results in a long term. For Instance, the students who daily do their homework are more likely to retain their coursework and significantly excel in their examinations. Secondly, it has been observed that students experience stress when they are unable to understand the subject matter, and slight tension in mind is necessary for students to learn and leads to positive results.

In addition to this, it is not necessary that students will use their time to develop special skills, opposite might  also happen like wasting their time on futile activities and wandering aimlessly. Henceforth, reducing the homework can sometimes lead to more problems than solutions. Moreover, if a student really possess some talent he or she will definitely work on honing their skills after completing their school work.

In my opinion schools have planned their curriculum in way so that it caters all the needs of children and help them to develop various skills as well. Thus, one must not challenge the amount of homework given to children.
