Many people spend a lot of money on clothes , hair cut and beauty products to enhance their appearance.some people think that it is good way to spend money while others think that there are better ways to spend it. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
There are various things from which a person drives happiness and mental satisfaction and money is vital factor for fulfilling one’s desires. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that spending money to enhance the physical appearance is acceptable while others reckon that there are more ways to spend it.
Apparently, there are several reasons that makes a section of people advocate that spending finances on highlighting one’s features by wearing makeup, hair accessories is valid because they obtain happiness by decorating themselves and making their personalities glorious. Such people are basically self- motivated to achieve distinctive personas.Secondly, many people get dolled up because they feel it is the only way to get recognition and they will be better fitted in the society as they do not appreciate their own basic looks . For Instance, many young girls in India possess brown skin but they are so keen to get fairer skin and buy costly skin products to have a bleaching effect because they are not comfortable with their skin.
On the other hand, the people who consider that personality is not defined on the basis of looks and it is more of a strength of character , they believe others activities such as doing charity with extra money will be more valuable and contented activity. Such persons actually overlook the concept of physical beauty and believe in soul happiness. Secondly, there are many activities such as spending time in the nature such as forest and using money to experience the adventurous life also have potential for attaining a long term happiness.
In my opinion, it is an subjective choice whether one yearn happiness from material things and making their self represented in a beautiful manner or enjoying some adventurous activities. It is totally acceptable for me to spend money on beauty products however one must not try any invasive procedure that can destroy their natural beauty they possess.
