SAMPLE ANSWER: The world has witnessed revolutionary inventions in terms of science and technology with health care being most prominent. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society deems that gyms and fitness clubs being the predominant factors whereas, other emphasizes that jogging routinely or walking up and down the stairs is a key influencing factor with respect to health care.

Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that fitness clubs and gyms are important and have many reasons. First and foremost, a substantial contribution by signing up for gym is that it has complete routine for body. For example, a contributing factor to enroll for gym delivers constant exercise bestowing a sense of strength to body. Additionally, with subsequent exercise body of an individual is benefited considerably as it is followed by highly nutritious diet which aids in forming body muscle. An individual can derive benefit by maintaining the habit of practicing gym or physical training. Secondly, it is extremely interesting to attend myriad forms of exercising. To illustrate, society can reap the benefits by participating in fitness events.



on the other hand, some believe that by means of climbing stairs and walking can attain huge success. chiefly, at distinct stages of life an individual presumes walking as a part of exercise which boosts up the metabolism of our body. Even though by practicing cardio like running and walking body is benefited, body fat however is left unshod. Taking a stroll aids the blood flow but fails to tone the fat down. Seemingly, climbing stairs is a key factor influencing in keeping physical strength active. For instance, it is assumed that climbing massive amount of stairs can help muscle significantly. Does only climbing stairs enough to have an active routine? certainly No, walking to and fro, up and down extent, to motivate and increase the muscle power and fitness capacity innumerable variety of exercises are advised. Multifarious types of exercises helps strength each and every part of human body.

In my profound opinion, in this modern epoch, rudiment ally, for an individual to be profited substantially, it is recommended to follow gyms and fitness clubs. complex exercises not only accords strength and muscle but also releases stress hormones which calms a person mind.
