In this ultra modern epoch , the world is witnessing plethora of supermarkets not only in urban sector but also rural sector of the society. It is often argued that few stores have substantial contribution in providing their marvellous 24×7 services to the customers. However, it is constructive trend on the part of consumers and businesses but destructive trend for a staff members.

Apparently, a shopper and a firm would reap the benefits  from the round-the-clock facilities provided by the superstore. To begin with, from the view point of a consumer; gone are the days when the shopping is restricted to daylight only. In present times, if an individual is having a hectic schedule,  he would derive benefit from endless amenities of distinct stores. To elaborate more if a human being is being shifted from his native land for academics or profession purpose, then he can avail this service even at the midnight to meet the needs of life. Moreover,  24-stores have a towering influence in any kind of urgency especially for the patients. It can be considered as a boon for a person who is suffering from any kind of ailment during night time. As fas as from the company's perspective,  it surely welcome warmly the profitability of its organisation as there is stupendous escalation in the sale and purchase of the innumerable items. Seemingly,  a business owner experienced a paramount significance in the contemporary era from 24/7 facilities provided by their corner-stores to the purchasers.

On the contrary side, with the non-stop working shops have an inherited downsides from the standpoint of workforce too. Firstly, it becomes a herculean task to construct balance between professional as well as personal life. For instance, with the prolific increase of working hours, an individual has to experienced dismal consequences in regard with psychological needs of life which are love and affection from his near and dear ones. Unquestionably, there is paradigm shift in lifestyle as it provide financial security to some extent,  but after loosing his emotional values which plays a pivotal role in upbringing his strength for further achievements in life. It is not confined to that much only, with the peer group pressure and donley work; he has to suffer from mental disorder as well. Recently,  a survey conducted by Indian Employment Organizations conclude that, a human being whose working hours are between 10-14 hours a day is experiencing from mental trauma that is anxiety and depression which can be called as pretty worrying condition as a whole.

Having dwelled on such thought it is culminated that all day and all night amenities provided by the shops is considered as incredible task for the consumers as it quenches the thirst of daily needs at any time. Besides, in order to maintain sustainable development of the enterprise, an employer must comes forward  with an authentic helping hand, so that any kind of exploitation cannot be happened with the employees while performing their duties, only then this service will be beneficial to staff members too.
