There are many things that motivates a person to work, but money is the most compelling. In your opinion ,how influential  is the power of money?

SAMPLE ANSWER : Indubitably, from the dawn of civilization, individuals engaged themselves in unique chores for earning bread and butter. It is often argued that there are plethora of alternative source which triggers a human being to do any kind of project yet hard cash is thought to has an additional gripping power over human beings. However, in my contention, both financial and psychological needs have a paramount significance in boosting morale of an employees.

Apparently, money inspires an employee for multifarious reasons. To begin with, capital gives exponential rise to his financial status; subsequently, there is prolific increase in the reputation in the family, friends and society. Apart from this, an employee is free from any debt as well, Secondly, the basic necessities of life would only be fulfilled through wages for a common man. For instance a laborer needs to be physically strong has to indulge himself in the mason work just for cash payment, as his wholly family is dependent upon him for the survival. Thirdly, with massive sterling one's life is more comfortable and optional one. He would able to secure his life and benefited  considerably till his pension age. Moreover, he gets an authority to choose what he desires for. Lastly, money has a towering influence to give back to your community by picking the charities and causes what an individual  believes in and support them.

On the other hand, things apart from money is equally creates paradigm shift in employee's life. To begin, with the constant praises by the bosses of an organization at distinct stages of his career, will create constructive ripples in terms of confidence and self- esteem. Additionally, sometimes small rewards after completion of each target, generates a carved -a-niche for other staff members. Henceforth, productivity and efficiency of each employee would escalates  automatically. To exemplify, a survey conducted by 'The Indian Institute of Worker Organization' concluded that the employers who constantly offer gifts or presents for the marvelous work done by their staff groups, has prestigious name in the market as it motivates the employees to do more hard work to a great extent. Lastly, a friendly atmosphere provide by the executives produce a key factor influencing in shaping the employee's future as he feels secure, safe and in seventh heaven with the approval of his ideas. Appropriately, this pampers a worker to give his best with extraordinary zeal as he never want to miss the golden opportunity to impress his chief with innovative ideas.

To recapitulate, not only staggering salary is being needed by an employee to stimulate himself to give best in the work, but some words of appreciation is also required which is the prime responsibility of every manager these days as a result which triggers each staff member to give his "the bests shot" for an each assignment.
