Sample Answer (Band 8.0)

There are many ways to start a business but to start a business that turns into a successful model and generates income is what matters in the end. India’s educational market is huge and the avenues it is opening up for young entrepreneurs are enormous.

My brother runs an educational Institute named IELTSnisha in Panchkula. IELTS is the test which assesses the English language ability of people who wants to study or work in the Anglophone countries. This test is divided into four module (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking) in which the language is evaluated. There are two different types of tests Academic and General Training. The listening and speaking of both tests remain same, however, reading and writing parts are different from each other. The total test time is 2 hours 45 minutes.
Having sharp business acumen and a burning desire to flourish is what drives an entrepreneur to making a success in this competitive world. Hence, there is well experienced staff that delivers best coaching to students dreaming to study abroad.

Allied to that, it also lends assistance in drafting strong covering letter and resume to brushing up your interpersonal skills and guide how to tackle tricky questions, there is no essential element that this institute does not take care of in preparing the candidates for their interviews.

A true entrepreneur is a rare breed; it’s someone who possesses a unique cocktail of traits, skills and characteristics like leadership, innovation, responsibility and creativity in the conceptualisation and execution of their business plans that enable them to beat the odds and go after their dreams full throttle.

LESS COMMUNICATION BETWEEN FAMILY MEMBERS II IELTS WRITING SAMPLES II IELTS WRITING TIPS

some people say now there is less communication between the family members than in the past. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Sample Answer (Band 9.0)

Interaction has been the prime factor of socialization for ages. However, of late, it has been hugely influenced by technological advancements. So, compared with the past, social interaction is becoming increasingly fierce. Hence, the importance of bonds of kinship is gradually fading from people’s minds. In my opinion, the world has become a global village yet in many sense it has grown apart.

Apparently, the family ties are becoming  weaker. There are several reasons behind this unfortunate development. The most important, of course, is the change in our lifestyle, values, and goals. Owing to huge educational burden, intense competition, and 24/7 work commitments especially in developing countries  has put a huge pressure on young generation leaving a little room for them to spend time with family members and enjoy on family occasions.

Secondly, the blurring line between real and virtual life such as easy access to social media, internet browsing,  various applications and games on mobile itself engage youth and capture major chunk of the day. As per a survey conducted by American Youth Association, the millennial prefer to spend 80% of their idle time on internet and a meager of 5 % of their time with family. Thirdly, people are increasingly moving to another city or country in search of better education, jobs or living standards. They leave their family behind. While it is possible to keep in touch through modern communication means, an email or phone calls is not equal to face-to-face interaction. Lastly, we are living in the age of individualism. Everyone needs their space. This has made us more self-centered than our parents or grandparents. We no longer believe in making adjustments or compromises. We want everything our way. This attitude creates strain in our relationships.

Overall, with the hustle and bustle of our lives and the maddening rush of proving oneself, most people have lost the daily connect with family members. But we must realise that our biggest strength is our family. Relationships are like potted plants. We need to nourish them. If we don’t give them love and affection they need, they will wilt.

IELTS WRITING SAMPLE ANSWER BAND 9 I some people think that killing animals for food is cruel, but others claim that animals are necessary part of diet. What is your opinion?

some people think that killing animals for food is cruel, but others claim that animals are necessary part of diet. What is your opinion?

Sample Answer (Band 9.0)

Owing to the lack of knowledge of cultivation, human species were  largely hinges on Animals as their food. But with the evolution, human beings begin to settle at one place and started exploring plants as possible sources of food. This development leads to creation of two groups namely carnivorous and Herbivorous. There has been raging debate on the issue as whether consuming animals as food is cruel or a essential part of diet. However, I firmly assert that animals should not be slaughtered for food.

To begin with, every living creature has a right to live and we have no right to kill any creature to satisfy our own appetite. Secondly, over exploitation of certain species will lead to its extinctions thus disturbing the ecological balance. A disruption in the hierarchy of the ecosystem will pose grave threat to the mother nature. To exemplify, a recent survey conducted by UN revealed that by the end of 2030, there will be a slump in the number of marine creatures such as fishes and crabs by 70%.

Thirdly, the animals are often treated so miserably in the slaughterhouses. They suffer from many ailments and their bodies are full of bruises. The meat of these diseased animals when consumed by humans give rise to many problems like high blood pressure, and heart diseases. And finally, all the animals are adorable and seek human love, thus , in order to satisfy our taste buds, they should not be killed. Killing any living being is even against human morals and ethics. For instance, a recent study by PETA showed the heart wrenching conditions of animals in slaughterhouses of UK and also revealed that there has been an increase in the non vegetarian people suffering from heart problem by 10%.

To conclude, mother nature has created all the species and human beings the most intelligent and evolved species should use their intelligence in constructive and humane tasks. We all should be loving and humble towards other species as human survival is impossible without other creatures.

IELTS WRITING TIPS I OPINION BASED ESSAY I Ordinary people copy famous people whom they see on TV and magazines. Do you think it is a positive development?

Ordinary people copy famous people whom they see on TV and magazines. Do you think it is a positive development?

Sample Answer (Band 8.0)

Admittedly, TV and magazines are what cater to the quest for leisure. Celebrities play a pivotal role in the subjective orientation of people and it is indubitable to
say that since time immemorial, common man is drawn towards imitating celebs whom they ardently follow; be it on TV soap operas or Journals. However, in my contention this trend stems a mixed bag of both boon and bane.

Certainly, famous people have monumental influence on our lives. Firstly, Celebrities often display extremely developed skills, which can help to spur young people towards a life full of physically active. For instance, school children are often driven to exercise in an attempt to emulate superstars, such as Novak Djokovic, Ronaldo, Messi. Secondly, teenagers can also take valuable lessons from their idols mistakes. Since celebrities actions are often publicized, adolescents have the opportunities to observe various examples of misconducts and learn from them. For example, upon hearing the doping accusation of Louis Armstrong, many of the biker fans realize that there is no shortcut to success which leads to success and honesty should be of paramount Importance.  Thirdly, celebs set a good example of how to live and act. Illustratively, some are involved in humanitarian efforts such as fighting social injustices, raising money for sick or injured people, supporting relief efforts when extreme weather damages a community, contributing financially to hospitals or hosting free events to support philanthropic efforts.

Perhaps, in the 21st century, the impact of celebrity culture on society, especially on young people, has come under scrutiny. The rise and dominance of social media sites such as instagram and their links to glorification of “super-skinny” celebrities have been cited as influences in the rise of eating disorders in young people. Also, if their favorite celeb has 6 pack abs, they also try to achieve such a body, and to do so quickly, they have to consume a lot of unhealthy supplements, which may not be good for them. Another negative effect of this development is that if these celebs drink or smoke in public, the common people think it is a sort of status symbol and do the same. They want to achieve the comfortable lifestyle and costly cars and other such possessions without doing hard work. As a result, crime incidences are often seen.

Overall, this practice does uphold mixed outcomes, whereas on one hand it creates awareness amidst masses, while paradoxically, on the other hand allures them to indulge in delinquent acts. Hence, it is highly recommended that youth should be encouraged to realize that a man’s real worth is not judged by his possessions, rather by the journey he goes through to achieve those possessions.

IELTS WRITING TASK 2 TIPS I AGREE / DISAGREE FORMAT I As only small percentage of people have interest in the arts, government funding for this is a waste of money. Spending this on health and education would be far more beneficial to society. To what extent do you agree? Sample Answer (Band 9.0)

As only small percentage of people have interest in the arts, government funding for this is a waste of money. Spending this on health and education would be far more beneficial to society. To what extent do you agree?
Sample Answer (Band 9.0)

Art is the finest form of humanistic expression bringing forth different emotions and feelings. In this context, state financing for the same has become a contentious issue as the number of people interested in it is less. Henceforth, A section of society advocates that Executive bodies should employ most of their funds in inevitable public services such as Education, Health as it will play paramount role in acquiring sustainable development. However, I partially agree to the given statement.

Apparently, arts serve many a purpose in building up an ethical and value oriented fraternity as it is the rarest form that upholds humanistic values. Besides, art is a medium by that dissent against existing social set-up is successfully brought out which, in turn, brings in myriad social revolution. Furthermore, arts can instill in a man with the fine attributes of being a man like fellow feeling, compassion, empathy etcetera. Such characteristics make a man uniquely different from animals by elevating human spirits to a glorified and virtuous heights. Lastly, it is a tourism booster which creates enormous job prospects and thereby stabilizes the economy of a country. Louvre museum in paris that showcases more than 0.4 million pieces of art is case in point because it stands as an epitome for successful French tourism.

On the other hand, health and education is considered to be the backbone of a nation. Firstly, education empowers us intellectually to interact with others in our life. It brings maturity and teaches us to live in society with changing environment. It is a way to social development, economic growth and technological development. Secondly, it is a tool which stimulates safety and security against crime. There will be prevention of wars, terrorism and strife. Thirdly, more space exploration, search for extraterrestrial life. The investment in this sector will be in the form of establishing more schools, universities and vocational training centres for the school drop-outs and also providing scholarships for continuing higher education.

Likewise, It is indispensable that everyone in the society has the means to get the basic health benefits. Authorities can invest in the health sector in numerous ways. The medical practitioners should be taken care by providing them with the sufficient remuneration and advantages so that the important skill migration in the medical field of the country could be avoided. Also, the higher bodies can educate the general public and implement many vaccination programs across the counties to eradicate many diseases such as polio, chicken pox and malaria.

Suffice to say, Art, health and education are the only valuable assets human can achieve. On the one hand, art play an integral part of the society’s cultural and intellectual development and amusement. On the other hand, health and education enable to create fine balance of our body, mind and spirit. So, it is high time that Government should allocate funds in all these fields for the rapid growth of a society.

IELTS I WRITING I TASK 2 I SAMPLE ANSWER I BAND 9.0 I Some think that children should start school as early as possible, while others believe that they should start school at the age of seven. Discuss both views and give your opinion?

Some think that children should start school as early as possible, while others believe that they should start school at the age of seven. Discuss both views and give your opinion?

Sample Answer (Band 9.0)

Indubitably, Education is the only valuable asset human can achieve. It is renowned axiom that ‘ A child without education is like a bird without wings’. Henceforth, It is the prime responsibility of parents to send their children to school at the right age. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society deems that younglings should begin their formal education at a very early age, whereas others emphasis that the age of seven years Is the best for young people to commence educational studies.

Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that sending the child to school as early as possible holds wide range of constructive benefits. To begin with, Kids will develop social as well as intellectual skills hence have more chances to succeed in the future. Research shows that speed of connections made between neurons is faster during first five years. Secondly, the child is like a empty bucket and their character is like molten clay, one can mould these innocent incarnation of God as they want to in their formative years of character building only. Thirdly, the kindergartens are more play school, which helps to learn things in an interactive and fun way. For example, there are dance classes, music classes, scrumptious meals, the soft toys and games are the added charm. Lastly, if a child lives in an atmosphere of immense care upto seven then the substantial pamper by the Kiths and Kins may sometimes be detrimental as a child on later phase confront huge difficulty to come out from his/her comfort zone which shows rampant results.

ON the other hand, people who support the idea of allowing children to stay at home until the age of seven have myriad reasons. First and foremost is , a child under the age of seven is so vulnerable and needs lots of care and attention. Thus, no one like a parent would care about his/her own child.  Secondly, parents are the true heroes for the children because the latter imitates the former like a copycat. Resultantly, parents are the corner stone that guide children to build up a good behavioural pattern. Thirdly, family being the biggest institution like religion exerts enormous influence in the overall development of personality which ultimately makes him a highly valued citizen. Lastly, putting children under the pressure of study can hamper holistic growth of a child. Hence this practice should be discouraged.

In my opinion, importance of playful activities in young children’s development, and the value of an extended period of playful learning before the start of formal schooling is unsurpassable  as it leads to synaptic growth.

IELTS | WRITING TASK2 | BAND 9.0 I Some people are making new friends by using socializing network websites and internet chat rooms. Some people say that this is a good thing. Other people say that people should make new friends by face-to-face chat. Discuss these views and give your opinion?

Some people are making new friends by using socializing network websites and internet chat rooms. Some people say that this is a good thing. Other people say that people should make new friends by face-to-face chat. Discuss these views and give your opinion?

Sample Answer (Band 9.0)

Owing to the unexpected progress in science and Technology, social media platform is one of those technological innovations that are boundlessly used by people to taking in person. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society deems that hypermedia plays indispensable part in making friendships and socializing. While others emphasis that making friends through direct contact is stronger and eternal.

On the one hand, interactive media like ‘Facebook’, ‘Twitter’ provides an insurmountable space for those who want to involve in friendships and find common ground, before even meeting. Online social groups have become fundamental building blocks of modern human societies. Adding further, we can keep in contact with anybody anywhere at any time, since it is geographically independent. Moreover, the feature of uploading and sharing videos not only provides information, but also entertainment. What more, chat rooms enable us to send and receive messages instantly. Video calling on whatsapp boosts the friendships. Hence, it is an awesome tool in finding new companions.

On the other hand, some believe that making friends via multimedia system can lead to isolation, potentially harmful situations in life and have plethora of reasons to substantiate it. To begin with, lots of people creating their duplicate profiles in the cyber space with exactly different information about what they are and making friends. Tender minds become pry in this play and some even spoils all their reasure and trust in others. Secondly, as this interaction is online, parents have no way of monitoring it and protecting their children. Thirdly, online friends can not be with you when you are sick and you need a friend’s touch. Face to face friends are with you in thick and thin and this can never be possible with online friends. Lastly, the worst part of technology is that the distant world is made closer and the near distant. For example, my sister, a technophile obsessed with latest electronic gadgets, always chats with friends on social networking sites but finds little time to interact with me.

In my opinion, Face to face communications lead to the development of trustworthy relationships that last long. Meeting a friend or a dear one over a coffee or in a park is always a memorable experience. Social media friendships lack that warmth. Also, we cannot expect our online friends living in another part of the globe to help us when we are in trouble. Hence virtual friends can never replace the real ones.

Many people think living in high-rise apartment blocks makes people feel lonely and unhappy. While others argue it has advantages. Discuss both views and give your opinion?

With the changes in the social structure and lifestyle, the world has witnessed paradigm shift in the kind of accommodation one used to live in with their families. At the outset, the number of high-rise buildings have sprung up in central cities. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society deems that staying in skyscraper has limit the interaction henceforth makes people feel isolated and dejected. while others emphasis that such lifestyle upholds wide constructive benefits.

On the one hand, opponents of living in high rise buildings feel that everthing is compact and you do not have a lawn and a spacious yard where you can play with your kids. Another pertinent issue is the balcony which is a possible safety hazard because of a growing number of fatalities associated with suicide and accidental falls. What is more, high-rise fires are the worst nightmare for people living in tall apartment buildings because of the cramped conditions when doing an evacuation out of one’s apartment space. Furthermore, there are many people living in such buildings and so residents do not question the prsence of strangers.Hence, security can be a big problem. Finally, people find it difficult to maintain an enduring relationship with each other, because most of them only rent apartments and move around a lot.

On the other hand, the proponents of staying in sky-scrapers claim that everything that you need is just a stone’s throw away. This is because high rise partments or condominiums tend to be either very close to or right in the middle of downtown. Another added advantage is that some apartment buildings may be located near beautiful, natural surroundings such as parks, gardens, and white-sand beeches. A person can relax and escape from the stresses and hassles of city living by going up the top floor and marvel at the cityscape with the wonderful perspective of everything around you. Moreover, people can enrich their social life and give them a sense of happiness. For example, residents find it easier to go to gyms and clubs nearby with their friends. Lastly, the maintainence is taken care of by bthe society. There is a helpline number that you can call at any time of the day for any issue that you face.

In my opinion, staying in high rise apartments is a double edged sword. The choice of living in a house or in an apartment depends on factors such as availability, rental costs and need

IELTS | FESTIVAL MOST POPULAR IN YOUR COUNTRY |SPEAKING MODULE |BAND 8.0 |CUE CARD

Speak about a festival most popular in your country

● which is the festival
● how is it celebrated
●why do you like it
● what do you dislike about it

Sample Answer (8.0)

My home country is famous for its diverse culture and heritage, It is known as land of festivals and celebrations. People here give importance to religious and historical events. They celebrate them as a mark of remembrance of events. Many festivals are celebrated here like Holi, Baisakhi, Is, Dussehra,Christmas and many more. But the festival which has a paramount significance is Diwali.

Diwali is known to be festival of lights. Hindus celebrate it with great enthusiasm. It comes in the month of October or November, 20 days after Dussehra. People start preparing for this festival in advance. They clean and decorate their houses, buy new clothes, utensils and jewellery. Not Only this, markets and shops are also well decorated for this Gala day. The festival has a connection with the great Epic ‘Ramayana’. As Lord Rama returned on this day after 14 years of exile with his wife sita and younger brother Laxmana, so people of his kingdom celebrated his return with great joy and happiness by lighting earthen lamps and distributing sweets.
People wear new clothes, worship the Goddess of wealth Laxmi, exchange sweets and gifts with their friends, relatives and neighbours. Children enjoy this festival by bursting crackers. I also follow all traditions, customs and rituals to celebrate this festival . I also like it most due to its importance, sanctity and auspiciousness.

one

thing I dislike about this holy day is that some people indulge themselves in drinking and gambling which is really very bad. The other thing is that just to have fun, people burst crackers of high noise bombs which create noise as well as air pollution.

IELTS | AN ANIMAL YOU SAW AND FOUND VERY INTERESTING | SPEAKING | CUE CARD | BAND 8.0

Describe an animal you saw and found very interesting

● where you saw it
● how you felt about it
● why do you think it was interesting

Sample Answer (Band 8.0)

Animals are imperative part of eco-system. They help to maintain food-chain in nature and without them there will be imbalance in nature . I like to watch and know about Animals but my favourite one is Elephant. It is found in most of the dense forests in my country.

I saw this animal for the first time in zoo during my childhood. Now I can see it in the circus and wildlife sanctuary. Sometimes, in the fair this animal is used for joy ride. The animal has a huge body, two fan like ears, a long trunk, tusks, a small tail and tiny eyes. This is an herbivorous animal. It has thick skin. It’s features make it funny and attractive among people.
People tame this wild animal and use it for different purposes like carrying load and for transportation. In circus it is used for entertainment. This animal is killed for its tusk which has a great export value. The decoration pieces made from tusk are very costly. In my county, in some of the states it is worshipped as it symbolises Lord Ganesha and as the most intelligent animal . I like the animal for its giant body structure and intelligence.

Elephant is now becoming extinct in some parts of my country. So , It is considered as an endangered species. Government is taking many steps to protect this beautiful creature on earth.

Since childhood, to engender reading habits, My Mother always encouraged me to read good books. In my childhood I read many story books but, the one which left an everlasting impression on my mind was ‘Stories from panchatantra’.

This book was gifted to me by my mother during my annual summer vacations in 6th class. This book was a big book of 500 pages. It comprised of 150 stories. All the tales were related to morals and the values which were conveyed through animal characters. To make the book more attractive and valuable, there were colourful pictures of animals in animated form. The book was written in simple English language with bold words. Every story had related games and colouring activities which made it more activity oriented and rewarding for children. The title page was equally colourful and fascinating. The look of the book was so catchy that if it was lying on table, one could not sit without having a glance at it.

Thirdly, It created strong analytical skills and improved my focus and concentration. Lastly, It fostered all around character building as it provided different life perspectives that helped improved my empathic capabilities.

Friendship is Boon!

Friendship is boon !

June18,2018 has become a red-letter day in my life . Indeed A Gala Day. Can you guess what has made this day so special ? Well, Let me bring it out into open ! I am enthralled to share that I had met my Bosom friend Jaspreet after 7 years. If I dig into the past , it was in class12th we came in contact with each other. Jaspreet is tall, beautiful, rosy-cheeked Girl.

Strong, talented and ambitious , jaspreet gained great influence over me in our first meet only. As I firmly maintain without a shadow of doubt that ” A man without a goal is like a ship without rudder” . Owing to identical thought process, we became fast friends . It was her dream to go to Canada for higher studies so soon after 12th board exams we got separated by geographical boundaries.
Can you people conjure up the lines from A Mythological story. When lord krishna caught Sudama warmly, embraced him and said: “Friend! I’m meeting you after ages! Where were you all these days?” Sudama must have performed great pious austerities which had earned him the special affection of Lord Krishna.
So how a good friendship can be cultivated? This is a question that made me ponder . However, I got answer in unfailing companionship of jaspreet. In can retain , once when I was laid-up, bed ridden . This girl cleaned up my vomiting and her giggle turned into outright laughter. Her immense love for me is unsurpassable.

True friendship knows no bounds, not time or distance or differences. The pace of communication has been accelerated by the technology which bridges the gap between geographical boundaries by bringing people from different parts of the world together . My relationship with jaspreet grown thicker n more stable by chatting on mobile apps like whatsApp and facebook. She is the one who stand the test of time. Aftr regular interval we both exchange our daily routine happenings n cherish those evergreen, everfresh moments that we spent together like visiting temple on every Tuesday, playing games , Dance, Roaming on Activa, making notes .

Jaspreet knows my morning begins with prayer n worshipping the Almighty . Look what she has brought for me..

Sweetheart, May all the dreams that your heart hold, come true. And may each day of life bring the Best For You.
Hoping to see you again soon .

Making Headway towards My Mother. God can not be everywhere so He created Mothers . Mumma is a building block of my family. Her support and firm stand attenuate my worries to zero. Her Anthem for life: A tree when it has no fruit to offer, remains erect. But when the tree is laden with fruit, it bends down. If you are all pride and ego, then nobody will be able to get anything worthwhile from you. When you have genuine humility, it is a sign that you have something to offer to Mankind. Bounteousness, magnanimous, altruistic sums up Mum’s glaring personality . These traits have always been bedrock of my life.

Believe Me, i have never enrolled myself for personality development classes , the prime reason being is my sisters. How to present yourself, how to be an attention seeker, how to groom your strengths ? it was all been taken care of by my sisters. Even today, the notes that I provide in spoken English classes is of Mamta Di, though the pages has turned yellow but the spark in material will remain evergreen. The dancing skills which Neetu Di has inculcated in me since childhood is commendable. The way she plays with her facial expression is incredible.

Describe a plant in your country
●where it is grown
●why is it important
●What do you like about it

Geographically India is a huge country . It has millions of species of plants and their paramount significance ranging from religious to medicinal . However, a plant called TULSI is considered sacred. This plant breeds throughout the country. As no huge celebration is complete without incorporating a cake ceremony into it likewise a Hindu house is supposed to be incomplete if it does not have TULSI plant in the courtyard.

The name TULSI connates ‘the incomparable one ‘ . It is a venerated plant and Hindus worship it in the morning and evening. TULSI grows wild in the tropics and warm regions.
TULSI is used in making tea. It has beautiful fragrance and boiling it’s sweet leaves in tea refreshes a person. Today, Its leaves and stems are also used in the manufacturing of several anti- cold medicines , particularly Ayurvedic ones. IELTS | CUE CARD | TIME WHEN YOU HELPED SOMEONE |BAND 8.0| SPEAKING
Describe a time when you helped someone
● who was the person
● what did you do to help him/her
●Do you think it helped the person

Help ever, hurt never ‘ is a popular saying which I normally follow in my life. As I feel we are human beings and on humanitarian ground it is our duty to help our fellow beings . I belong to the family where each and every member is ready to serve needy . So i never miss a chance to lend a helping hand to someone in dire need. I remember vividly that during my 12th exams when my close friend approached me to help her in making some notes for English exam. Instantly, I insisted her to stay at my place for study as she disclosed her dream that she want to go to overseas for higher studies for which she must score 80 marks in her English exam.

As we started, It took me no time to realize that it was not her hold on the concept that was taunting her but it was actually her confidence level. Firstly , I tried to build her confidence through showing her the brighter side of the picture and gave her many examples. Then I taught her one poem from the syllabus and instructed her to come prepared for the test, and she gave optimal performance. Than I motivated her more and within a couple of days she started gaining confidence and passed the exam with flying colours. She scores 85 marks.
Believe me, I felt myself over themoon, and thanked Almighty for blessing me skills through which I cn help others. I was very satisfied and contented. This was the first time I realised how enthralling it is to help someone. I felt blessed and words can’t actually describe it.

History is who we are, why we are and the way we are. It is through history we come to know about imperative events , periods that gave way or shaped the way to progress and development like industrial revolution . However what fascinates me or deeply influenced me is the history of Republic of India which began on 26 January 1950.

The country became independent nation within the British commonwealth on 15 August 1947. The constitution of 1950 made India a secular state and a democratic state . The nation faced religious violence, casteism , naxalism , terrorism .

Sardar vallabhai patel was one of the founding fathers of Republic of India. He was called the Iron Man and was the first Home Minister of the country. He had tough task of unifying the 550 odd princely states into one homogenous country.

Beginning 1991, neoliberal economic reforms have transformed India into the 3rd largest and one of the fastest – growing economies in the world .
Today , India is a major world power with a prominent voice in global affairs and is seeking a permanent seat in United Nations Security Council. Many economists, Military analysts and think tanks expect India to become a superpower in the near future .
History teaches us indispensable lessons and we can learn from the achievements or mistakes of our ancestors. Everything in this world has its history. It’s through that we value what we have today.

Part -3 ( Follow up questions)
What do you think we can learn by studying the events of the past?
We learn from our mistakes, and just like individuals learn from the mistakes made by themselves or by others, we as entire society can learn from the mistakes that we have made in the past. Also, there are things that we can repeat that were good in history. To be able to repeat and prevent it is very important to know the history and knowing history is not about knowing the names and characters but about understanding the entire flow of data.
What important events do you think might take place in the future?
With respect to my country, I believe there are certain events that are bound to happen in the future. One of them is the strengthening of women in our country. There is a certain degree of respect and love given to women in our country but there are certain areas in which we lack in terms of equality. I believe that in future there will be more of woman power coming up. Also, it is very likely possible that the matter of Kashmir will be solved in the future. It is high time that India and Pakistan are fighting over the case of Kashmir, causing
distress to both Kashmir, Pakistan and India. I hope and believe that the decision will be made very soon.
Do you think internet is a good place to learn about history?
Definitely yes. For the initial startup, I do believe that internet is a great place to learn about history. You can learn from different sources, for free and figure out if you are really interested in learning about history. When that happens, one can very easily go for a formal course. Even though, if people are not interested in going for formal courses, one can learn about it from different websites and you tube and so much more.

Photos are indispensable. They document the moment in time and freeze it for generations to come. Photos can remind us of people, events,or beauty of a place. I have always loved photos for the emotions they can invoke. I am a photo freak and loves to be photographed.

I have huge collection of my personal photos as to my mind, photographs are our personal story which we can share with others. It is a timeline of our lives filled with faces and places that we love. The hundred of images come together to form a narrative of our lives.

I would like to tell you about a photograph that was taken of me which I , My family and my dearest friends have always holded in high regards. It was taken about 2 months ago when I was travelling in car with my darling brother to attend a religious ceremony. As the function was kirtan which refers to a genre of religious performance arts, connoting a religious form of narration or shared recitation particularly of spiritual or religious ideas. So, I was dressed up in an ethically Indian attire. I chose pink with bottle green dupatta silk suit.

The moment I got ready , I wanted to capture it but as my brother was waiting so I hurriedly rushed to sit In car and the camera remained on . The function went well. I got many compliments n clicked plethora of pics. After reaching home, when I scrutinized my phone gallery , I was astonished, spell bound to see this particular pic. It seemed like I unintentionally took a selfie and it turned out to be a beautiful pic. Henceforth, comprehended the paramount significance of candid shots.
The serene calmness is actually not possible to describe in words. Whenever i look at it, it brings me a feeling of tranquility and placidity. For me, it encapsulates rewards of deep breathing. Firstly, It promotes better blood flow. Secondly, relieves stress.Thirdly, It calms anxiety.

I shout out, Take a deep breath and embrace the fresh air. It gives immense pleasure and add unique charm to your face.

Part 3: Details Discussion:

Q: What do you think about ‘Photography’ as a career?
Answer: This question is equally interesting and difficult for me. My personal belief is that ‘Photography’ is a great occupation, not only because it is indispensable for many different fields but also because through it people can discover the world. To be more precise, by taking a photograph, the moment is frozen and the depiction is saved no matter what. Photographs decorate books, magazines, paintings and many other things. So, it’s an essential vocation that is associated with other jobs, similar to it or not. In addition to this, photographers travel a lot across the world and see new places, landscapes, buildings and so on. It is something that apart from a profession is also a hobby and provides entertainment and spiritual education to photographers. As I see in my country the career of a good photographer is quite bright and full of possibility. With online journalism, this has become an even more demanding profession.

: What makes a good photograph?
Answer: Although I love taking pictures for a long time, I haven’t been concerned with the details and technical aspects of photography thoroughly. But I would say that the most important part of a good photograph is the theme of the picture. For example, a beautiful landscape could make a photo really impressive by just having beautiful colours or scenery. Furthermore, the angle that the photograph is taken from is significant as well, because with technique a simple theme can become an attractive one. Furthermore, lighting, focus on proper objects and use of right camera can make an ordinary scene to become a beautiful photograph.

Q: What are the improvements latest technologies has brought in photography?

Answer: Technology has contributed to tremendous improvements in photography and its storage and distribution. First of all, smartphones and iPhone have built-in high-resolution cameras and that has made taking pictures easier and more convenient. People these days are no longer obligated to carry a professional camera with them to take pictures. Pictures taken from a mobile phone can be transferred and viewed on a personal computer and can be stored online. The photo editing software can not only change some basic characteristics of the photo taken but also the whole picture and can make it more appealing. With the help of the technology and software, an ordinary picture can be converted into a professional one without significant efforts. Technology has offered us advanced cameras with more power and features and those cameras can take pictures in extreme environment like in the water. I would say that camera, photography and presentation of photos with the help of technology has got a higher dimension.

Q: How often do you take photographs?
Answer: The truth is I used to take pictures very rarely in the past, but after I created my Instagram account, I’ve become accustomed to taking pictures very frequently. I really like capturing every important moment and other significant events with my friends and family and sharing them with my online friends has become a common activity for me. That doesn’t mean, of course, that I take pictures all the time but I try not to miss capturing worthy moments and sceneries. My Instagram account, which is photograph storage and photo sharing website, has led and inspired me to use my camera more frequently than ever before.

Celebrations allow us to rejuvenate and unwind in the midst of our mundane lives. We use them as an excuse to gather with our closest relationships. Here I would like to talk about an occasion when all my dearest friends came to my home. The auspicious day was 17th june, It was actually my birthday which was celebrated with great pomp and show. It was a day full of awesomeness. Round the clock, I witnessed innumerable surprises. As my Ten unfailing companions arrived at my place with flower bouquets, delicious chocolates. As I am not a big fan of cooking so my mother prepared the food for my friends and they all relished the sweet jelly halwa aromatised with saffron and nuts. When one have amazing people like this in one’s life having an opportunity to celebrate with them is really icing on cake.
Believe Me, I felt myself over the moon, walking in air. The laughs of that day still reverberates in my mind and heart. Cheers to my all life long companions. It was a Gala Day.
