Some people like to travel to foreign countries during their vacations. Some think it is better to travel within their home countries. Discuss both views and give your opinion? | IELTS WRITING TASK-2 | IELTS

Some people like to travel to foreign countries during their vacations. Some think it is better to travel within their home countries. Discuss both views and give your opinion?

In the modern era, travelling is on everyone's mind when talking about life's core purpose. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of community vehemently deems that travelling international is constructive for one's experience while others emphasize on intranational travel for various reasons.

Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that international travel is the way of life and have reasons to substantiate it. Firstly, not only a person is able to experience worldly cultures at an unprecedented scale, but also is welcomed warmly by different castes of people throughout the world. To corroborate, according to BBC Travel magazine and its research, it is revealed that up to 30% people prefer to travel the international destinations as they feel they are able to connect to whole new world out there. Secondly, unlike Indigenous cuisine, one can try distinct delicacies and touch base the various cuisines. Hence, the international travel is a host of ostensible factors contributing to rainbow horizons of one's mind.

Nevertheless, some believe that domestic travel is the need of the hour for most developing nations. Chiefly, if a person travels local, it will have substantial contribution for the local community in terms of deriving benefits from expenses that boasts the local economy. To vindicate, Forbes Magazine revealed that the regional communities of Maharashtra did profitable business to 60% when even the lock downs hampered and crumbled the economy with international travelers banned. Furthermore, do the tribal people get chance to showcase their talents to the domestic travelers? Certainly yes, since it is a great platform that guarantees their promising development and helps in exponential rise of the national economy. Thus, intranational travel of millenial reflects the paradigm shift of the lower sects of community.

In my profound opinion, although travelling to far reaches of different continents excites people and gives them a wonderful chance in check- boxing their to-do lists, travelling to home countries also boasts a list of contributional factors. Needless to state, both travel to international as well as domestic is equivalently valuable.

Not all drivers obey the laws while driving on roads. What are the reasons for this? What can be done to fix this problem? IELTS | IELTS writing task-2

Not all drivers obey the laws while driving on roads. What are the reasons for this? What can be done to fix this problem?

Indubitably, traffic violations are a burning issue. It has increased at an alarming rate. It is believed that in the modern era, nations across the globe are confronting carelessness of drivers. Apparently, modernization and westernization is to be blamed for this universal phenomenon. However, the joint efforts of the government and individuals can overcome this perennial problem.

Fundamentally, the predominant factors that evidently trigger it can be observed. To begin with, not only most prevalent drivers across the developing nations illiterate, but also are reluctant towards caring for the lives of common man plying on streets. Secondly, unlike drivers with all legal documents like commercial license, these rule breakers hardly make an effort to procure the authority to drive. To corroborate, it is revealed through a BBC research that up to 20% of taxi drivers in India are illegally driving without any valid licenses which puts risk to lives of people using it as well as others on roads. Hence, it is destined for accidents to happen at an unprecedented scale until these drivers exist without legal documents and laws knowledge.

Nevertheless, there are potential measures to curb this menace. Chiefly, if successive governments start running awareness campaigns at distinct stages across cities to widen taxi drivers’ vision and sense, it will have substantial contribution in mitigating haphazard driving. Furthermore, does the common man reap the benefits of stringent checks across roads for these nonchalant drivers? Certainly yes as there will be a paradigm shift in untowardly incidents and contribute towards exponential  decrease in casualties caused by road accidents. To vindicate, according to Road Aware magazine with the advances in such measures, there has been a decrease of up to 30% in road accidents.

To recapitulate, although there are harrowing acts of road rages evident, implementation of curative measures mentioned above can certainly bring safer horizons for road dwellers and others travelling by foot.

Some people think it is better to have many short holidays during the year. Others believe it would be beneficial to have fewer, longer vacations. Discuss both views and give your opinion ? IELTS | IELTS writing task-2

Some people think it is better to have many short holidays during the year. Others believe it would be beneficial to have fewer, longer vacations. Discuss both views and give your opinion ?
Holiday in simple terms means a day of no work but it has a lot of meaning behind it. To declare any day as holiday, society across the globe have taken certain benchmark anniversary of personalities and religious day. However, there are two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that it is better to have short holidays scattered throughout the year while other emphasize that longer vacations are lucrative.

Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that short term holidays are rewarding  and have many reasons to substantiate it. First and foremost, short term vacations after every few days not only help people alleviate the mental and physical stress induced by work ,but also helps them to focus onto families thus maintaining work life balance. To vindicate, in a recent study on psychology of happy family conducted by Delhi University, it was concluded that the couples who spends quality time more often have a successful marriage and a happy family. Secondly, unlike longer vacations twice a year, frequent holidays renders a person in getting connected with social life. Hence, numerous short holidays have paramount significance in living a contented life.

Nevertheless, some believe that long holidays are better for myriad reasons. Chiefly, if people have long vacations, it will give them adequate time to acquire an additional lifelong skill at an unprecedented scale. Additionally, do people take long trips nationally and internationally only when they have long vacation? Certainly yes, as people take it as good investment to bond with their family. To vindicate, countries like India which have strong ties not only with family members ,but also with people from their native village and need a month-long vacation.

In my profound opinion, vacations are essential for a person to maintain his work life balance and release his mental stress. However, vacations should be evenly distributed throughout the year with long vacations in between.

The most important things in the life are free- can not be bought. Do you agree or disagree? IELTS | IELTS writing task-2 |

The most important things in the life are free- can not be bought. Do you agree or disagree?

(11th August, 2022) General training
Indubitably, we all live in a materialistic society where the majority of people are more concerned with what they possess than who they are.. It is often argued that the valuable assets of a person’s life can not be purchased. However, I firmly agree to the given notion.

Apparently, morals and human values cannot be purchased by anyone and these things get the share of dominance and reflect the society standards which have a big advantage for the sustenance. Firstly, not only does it cost nothing to be nice to anyone, but also gives back in return in distinct stages of life. To corroborate, it is still evident from the hiring patterns across nations that people who have great personalities and morals are welcomed warmly. Secondly, unlike the attire, the dress sense cannot be purchased from anywhere, it is to be learnt from others and one’s own experiences. Hence, it proves that morals of human and not money is host of ostensible factors deciding the fate of humanity.

Thirdly, the moments and experiences are un-purchasable. if the moment is missed or experience is left behind, there is no source in whole universe which can rewind the same for humans. To vindicate, it is revealed in a survey that a significant size of people tend to sob for things they could not do in life rather just running after success and money. Furthermore, can money buy good health? Certainly not as there are still no guaranteed treatments of even the harshest diseases. Spending money on planning and doing things one like to experience-vacations, dinner parties, concerts. Scientists say, "experiential purchase" boosts one’s happiness and well-being in more enduring ways than money spent on acquiring goods and assets

To recapitulate, this is a non denial fact that morals, values and experiences are some of the key factors influencing one’s happy life and tend to bring a paradigm shift in their life. One can reap the benefits without having to shell even a penny for these and still have exponential growth at an unprecedented scale.

Some people think that music plays an important role in society. Others believe that it is simply a form of entertainment. Give your opinion? IELTS | IELTS writing task-2

Some people think that music plays an important role in society. Others believe that it is simply a form of entertainment.  Give your opinion?

Indubitably, music is beautiful art form realized by human race. However, there are two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that music is indispensable  part of our living while the other emphasizes that it is not more than a pleasure source. Nonetheless, in my contention, music is both a contributing factor in knitting a fragmented society into a single unit and a source of recreational activity for millennial.

Apparently, music holds wide range of constructive benefits for the welfare of society. Firstly, not only it prove to be a binding agent for the cultures of society at an unprecedented scale ,but also a platform for various down trodden sects to bring out their talents at international levels. Secondly, unlike other sectors, music is independent art form without a language barrier. To corroborate, a mere regional south Indian song ‘Kolaveri di’ proved to be a music sensation across the globe as people loved its tune. Hence, it fosters unity in diversity.

Nevertheless, music holds paramount significance in an entertainment industry. Chiefly, if listen as a medical therapy, the sensations it holds for calming and rejuvenating the body and mind are second to none. Furthermore, does it make the college and university students to groove together on distinct tunes? Certainly yes as they feel lively and participate in various events meant for them. To vindicate, according to BBC Youth, it is revealed that at this young age approx 20% students chose music as their careers in future.

To recapitulate, although music is sought to be an important aspect for the growth of society as a whole yet it plays for the entertainment of commoners.

People today increasingly use credit cards to make monthly purchases. Do the advantages outweigh its disadvantage? IELTS WRITING TASK-2 | IELTS

People today increasingly use credit cards to make monthly purchases. Do the advantages outweigh its disadvantage?

Indubitably, there is paradigm shift in the mode of purchasing. It is often argued that in the modern era, millennial prefer credit card over cash or direct debit transactions. However, even though this practice brings about a mixed bag of boon and bane, the merits outshines the demerits

Apparently, credit card has been lifeline and welcomed warmly by people of most nations which holds wide range of constructive benefits. Firstly, not only do they reap benefits by buying groceries at discounted prices, but also have considerable contribution towards balancing out their monthly expenditures under budget. To corroborate, according to a BBC research on people, it is revealed that people have a keen interest in credit cards where they are able to save up to 30% of their expenses. Secondly, unlike the bygone days when spending power of people was far less, they are now able to spend and save at an unprecedented scale using the credit cards and even repay the bills on time. Hence, they are able to derive benefits and it proves to be a big advantage for them.

Nevertheless, it entails detrimental ramifications. Chiefly, if millennial keep on haphazardly spending using the credit cards with bizarre limits provided to them, subsequently they will face dismal consequences. To vindicate, according to Forbes finance magazine it is revealed that 40% people availing the credit facility are not able to repay the balance on time and they fall prey to harrowing debt trap. Furthermore, does this egregious impediment invite to a repayment menace? Certainly yes, as there are teams which hunt callously with potential threats to unsuspecting victims of defaulters. Thus, they are in a vicious circle of blacklisting by multiple organizations

To recapitulate, although credit card is a boon to society yet they have some lingering disadvantages. Needless to state, advantages massively tide over the disadvantages.

In some countries people spend long hours at work. Is it positive or negative development? IELTS | IELTS WRITING TASK-2

In some countries people spend long hours at work. Is it positive or negative development?

Indubitably, there is paradigm shift in the execution of work. It is often argued that people tend to spend overtime at work. However, it is constructive as well as destructive trend.

Apparently, working excessively holds wide range of constructive benefits. Firstly, not only do the employees get benefited considerably  ,but also the company profits witness an exponential rise. To corroborate, according to Forbes business trends magazine, there is paramount significance of workers efforts that companies now earn up to 20% more profits as it used to be in 1980s. Secondly, unlike people who give their 9 to 5 efforts, the people who work overtime get a prolific increase in their take home salaries. Hence, the longer working hours proves to be a host of ostensible factors towards the promising development of commoners.

Nevertheless, it entails myriad detrimental ramifications. Chiefly, if a significant size of workers start giving their overtime to work, they will tend to lose their work life balance at an unprecedented scale. To vindicate, according to a local Health check survey, overtime has been a prime cause of depression amongst IT industry workers. Furthermore, do patrons suffer with their physical health? Certainly yes, since a body without rest deteriorates at an unprecedented scale. Thus, there is a paradigm shift of their life expectancy in a downwards manner.

To recapitulate, although working for longer period of time has its own inherited constructive ripples , its downsides weigh much higher than that. Needless to state, overtime has its own merits and demerits.

Full-time university students spend a lot of time studying. Some say they should do other activities too. To what extent do you agree ?

Note :

Pink colour - collocations

Red colour - conditions

Indubitably, unlike the bygone days, in the modern era, university scholars channelise lion’s share of time to academics. It is often argued that learners should indulge themselves in the extra-curricular activities as well. However, I firmly agree to the given notion.

Apparently, the out of the box activities are the need of the hour for myriad reasons. Firstly, not only does staying a book bug make oneself dull ,but also it dampens their creativity towards completing a work in an intuitive manner. To corroborate, it is revealed in a recent study by scientists across nations that, remaining in sitting position for longer hours has considerable contribution towards harming spinal cord by up to 30%. Secondly, despite being the fact that outdoor activities create some room for young people being mentally relaxed and active, the eyesight is burdened at an unprecedented scale with longer hours of studying. Hence, the studying ironically proves bane to them in this manner.

Thirdly, if they do not take part in day to day practical knowledge sessions, they are at big disadvantage of learning the future steps to success. To vindicate, the students who are more into learning the practical sessions have proven to get 3 times more promising development throughout their career paths. Furthermore, do they have better mental health? Certainly yes, as they take part and become more competitive and psychologically healthy individuals. Thus, they can reap more benefits by being involved in different activities.

To conclude, although in this cut throat competition acquiring higher academic grades are of paramount significance yet learning along with participating in other activities provides exponential rise in students career growth in distinct stages of their life.

Some people think that government should take care of the old and provide financial support after they retire. Others say individuals should save during their working years to fund their own retirement. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. IELTS WRITING TASK-2 | 30th July,2022 Morning slot task-2

Some people think that government should take care of the old and provide financial support after they retire. Others say individuals should save during their working years to fund their own retirement. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

With the advances in modern technology, we have somehow reached at crowning levels of financial independence. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that successive governments should interfere and give the best after retirement support to old age society like pensions and other remuneration while others emphasize on the factor that people should save enough for their retirement after all the years of working in organizations.

Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that supreme bodies are responsible to be a backbone of the ageing men of all classes and have various reasons to substantiate it. Firstly, the government not only deducts taxes from the common society including the ones who later on gets the pension support, but also charges hefty on all the additional services that we avail. To corroborate, according to BBC research it is revealed that almost 30% taxes are deducted by the government directly from the salaries that most people earn at source. Secondly, unlike nations whose gray haired person are not sponsored by authorities, the countries’ whose authorities lend monetary support at dreaded age times of people directly impacts the happiness index resulting in lowering ratio of old age homes. Hence, the financial support and medical support are of paramount significance from the government at the retiring age and after that.

Nevertheless, some believe that individuals earning provident fund along with their life’s savings must not be dependent on government benefits for their old age support. Chiefly, if they do not burden the government, it will directly benefit the economy at an unprecedented scale where staggering amount is spent on pensions of the people. To vindicate, according to Forbes magazine it is revealed that countries with less to no old age substantially contributes the economy raised with additional 30%. Furthermore, do they tend to keep the people young and active? Certainly yes, since it gives a sense of more responsiveness towards being healthy and active and thus try to reduce one’s footprints on the expenses thereby is a key factor influencing financial independence.

In my profound opinion, although financial support can benefit patrons  to huge extent after retirement yet they can themselves try to be independent in a developed country. Needless to state, prudence will prevail, if selective strata of society only reap the financial benefit from government.
