It is undeniable fact that international sporting events 

contribute greatly to fostering harmony and stability on a global scale. It is often argued that many nations win these events by providing special training to top players, rather than giving same facilities to everyone. However, in my opinion, it is constructive as well as destructive approach. 

 Apparently, exlusive training to deserving sports players hold a wide range of benefits. Firstly, it not only increases the chance to win ,but also bring other benefits to the country as well as player. For example, the Indian Sports Association revealed, after the implementation of special training programmes to the best players, increased the winning rate to a great extent and enhanced international relations with other nations. Moreover, it reduces the financial burden on government, especially on the developing ones. For instance, in India, there are more than 1 million players at international levels, if government provide expensive training to all these players, the economy of the country get impacted adversely and would have catastrophic repercussions such as dire poverty and hunger across the country. 

 On the other hand, it has various negative effects. Chielfly, the players, who are at their developing stage, might pratice long hours without using proper techniques and loose their moral to continue, as they find no improvement in their performance. Furthermore, it exacerbate the hardship of player who belongs to low socio-econoic status. For example, unlike rich player, the poor depends on government's support for his training and expensive sports equipment. If statutory bodies do not support these players at the initial stage , the chances of becoming top player to reap the benefit of special training, would not be possible. 

 To recaptulate, although it has positive side, its negative side cannot be ignored. By managing the fund allocated wisely can help all the players equally.

It is often argued that supreme bodies should allocate more funds in the field of medical sciences and research as compared to the research being done on environment. However, I partially agree to this notion.

Apparently, whopping investment in making advancements in the field of medicine holds wide range of constructive benefits. First and foremost, medical advancements will not only help to bring down the mortality rates of adults in the nation, but also increase the life expectancy rates of newly born babies at an unprecedented scale. For example, according to BBC news nations which spent more than 50% of their annual budget on medical research reported 80% less deaths than other nations where government did not  invest enough in the medical field. Secondly, unlike other sectors, investing in medical research will help government prepare better for outbreaks like CoVID-19 and provide nation wide vaccines at a much quicker and efficient way. Thus, authorities should invest heavily in medical research.

On the other hand, allocating sufficient amount of funds for research on environment is of paramount significance for myriad reasons. Chiefly, research on different environmental factors will not only provide us better understanding about our surroundings, but also help scientists understand causes of various life threatening diseases faced by humans and animals. For instance, according to Forbes magazine nations spending higher amount of funds on enviroment studies were able to reduce medical problems of their citizens 70% more efficiently than nations who didn't spend enough moeny. Furthermore, investing in environmental studies and research will help government find alternatives to the already depleting sources of energy like coal and petroleum. It is believed that few people invest major part of the life living nearby the place where they had started from. Apparently, various factors breeds its popularity. Firstly, residing nearby to the place of your birth not only expands your social circle ,but also gives you an opportunity to stay connected with your near and dear ones in times of need. To vindicate, as per BBC research it has been revealed that elders of the family have a lot of experience and they can guide and show the correct path on critical issues pertaining to youngsters at times of decision making especially opt for which specialization after high school and selecting which marriage proposals. Secondly, unlike living in nuclear families, pursuing life in an ancestral home where you were born helps you imbibe both the family values and cultural understanding and growth. Thirdly, although sometimes you get lesser opportunities in terms of profession if the place where you were born is suburban area yet living there would give you an upper hand in every field as you know the nook and corner of that area. Fundamentally, there are myriad factors which made youngsters to take keen interest in politics in this day and age. Firstly, not only country voting for young leaders which unravel modern issues of society ,but also they often have liberal outlook towards problems corresponding to their education at an unprecedented scale. Secondly, unlike the bygone times when life cycle of an average person was not that much long the natural resources were not misused , in this day and age  increasing rates of retirees requires the administration effort to serve the growing demands of them. The imbalance between tax revenues and retirement pensions could cause a crisis for the society. To vindicate, according to BBC research developed countries such as China and France have shortage of labour. Thirdly, if elderly diagnose with chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, cancer which involves long term treatment, authorities has to devote a larger budget to pay for hospitals.

Nevertheless, there are various potential ways to curb this menace. Chiefly, prudence will prevail, if supreme bodies publish more and more policies to attract young workers from developing or underdeveloped countries.

To corroborate, as per Forbes magazine, it will not only solve the current shortage scenario ,but also can be a host of ostensible factor in improving the economy. Furthermore, the construction of both private health facilities which is key factor in mitigating the overload of hospitals and schools should educate young people about the paramount significance of saving money for retirement. Consequently, when they retire, they can pay for themselves without being dependent on government.

To recapitulate, society must ensure steps are taken to prevent this problem from deteriorating further. On top of that, increasing life expectancy should be controlled. Although myriad of partial fixes exist for this situation yet a permanent solution is still out of reach.

Indubitably, Community service is unpaid work performed by a person or group of people for the benefit and betterment of their community without any form of compensation. It is often argued that educational institutions should make support services mandatory along with academic knowledge. However, I partially agree with the given notion. 

Apparently, promoting social welfare in schools holds wide range of constructive benefits. To begin with, not only it helps developing self-confidence, life satisfaction, and positive social interactions in youngsters ,but also enhances communication and relationship experience. For example, according to BBC research it is revealed that joint volunteering and charity work reduces social exclusion of adolescents. Secondly, unlike academic theoretical knowledge, voluntary activities boosts professional skills which could be beneficial to a future career as learners are often invited to undergo unpaid internships in distinct companies in order to plunge into the working atmosphere and feel like a part of a team although internships often turn into a permanent job offer. Thus, it is of paramount significance to maintain psychological and emotional health of youth and to hone professionally valuable skills.

Nevertheless, unpaid community service should not be a compulsory subject for myriad reasons. Chiefly, if school makes it a rule, teenagers will not have their own times for spending in the field that they are interested in. For instance, according to Forbes Magazine it is depicted that students have their own responsibilities if a student spend the majority of their time doing volunteering work, he or she may be distracted from studying; therefore, he or she could not do as well in his or her studies as expected. 

To recapitulate, although unpaid community service builds a generation who will have both morality and benevolent attitude yet it’s darker side can not be ignored. Needless to state, a balance should be maintained for learners overall growth and development.
