Some people think that the employers should not care about the way their employees dress, because what matters is the quality of their work.To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Employers of an organisation are the corner stone in the growth of a company. It is often argued that management should not be concerned about dressing presentation of their staff and should only take consideration of their efficacy and performance. However ,in my contention, I partially agree to the given notion.

Apparently, making a formal dress code mandatory hold wide range of constructive benefits. To begin with, having an official dress plays key influential role in maintaining uniformity, discipline and oneness thereby eliminating financial discrimination in the company. To exemplify,TICS company in India poses strict regulations on their employees to wear formal dress which represents their harmony and integrity of their workers with the organization.Secondly, it has been scrutinized that, management which is over concerned and considerate about their staff outfit, there has been proliferation in the constructive criticism between the subordinates and employers thereby leading to the surge in the company's revenue holistically. Moreover,it has been proven in various statistics that clients are more inclined towards the services of those companies in which their staff wear formal dresses with the company logo on their shirts. Conspicuously, dresses worn by the workers plays substantial contribution in the benefiting the corporation in terms of fame and revenue as they are welcomed warmly by the customers.

On the other hand, efficiency should be judged of an individual irrespective of their dressing sense. For instance ,the BYJUS company employees often nullity this view by saying that workers feel stressed and pressurized when they are obliged to wear same dress over the whole week.Besides this, workers are not able to air their opinions in those companies where the controlling bodies are over protective and harsh on their staff for their dressing choices. To vindicate , workers have been seen to shift their jobs too often where the corporation have stern norms and tariffs and are more liberal to work with their maximum potential where dressing regulations are not imposed on them.

To conclude, uniform is somewhere essential in bringing the staff and organization together, however quality of work depends upon the employees commitment who are not bound to any restrictions therefore a dress code of three days a week should be accepted and other days employees should have the choice to Wear clothes of their choice
