Apparently, exercise workload with career goals are considered to be the prime cause for this universal phenomenon. However, it can be clearly eradicated provided a slew of remedial measures are taken up.

Fundamentally, the predominant factors that evidently triggered it can be absorbed. Firstly, with the prolific increase of what hours in the office, people cannot spare enough time for cooking activities, resultant, it causes detrimental effects on health by consuming the ready-made package food. Thirdly, with the revolutionary inventions there is paradigm shift in individuals life to illustrate, a few years ago people tend to walk some distance to reach their office but in present times it has become a how herculean Task for  everyone because of the availability of myriad vehicles, escalators and many more technological advancements.

Nevertheless, There are potential ways to curb This menace. Chiefly, Government and large organisations should levied heavy tax on Unhealthy foods and provides subsides to nutrition ingredients. Secondly, reducing working hours at work place May Play a key factor influencing in eliminating their sedentary lifestyle By providing some time to Do exercise involved please its self. Moreover, they would be dynamic, energetic and Sporty In their Daily tasks Which reap the benefits for the company as well. Thirdly, Awareness programs regarding health hazards, could a niche on the minds of the human Beings to Great extent. Conspicuously ,a keen  interest could be developed within the people by These out  reach programs  for their fitness and they would engage  themselves in physical activity more. Not long ago in Ludhiana , Our chief minister of Punjab i.e Captain Amarinder singh launched a ‘stay fit  ,stay healthy’ program for the awareness of being fit  is explained to the crowd with the benefits of nutritious meals which is the very stupendous example for the Same and stress buster could be diminished to some extent.

Suffice to say, society must insure steps are taken to prevent this problem from deteriorating further. A Myriad of partial fixes exit for the issue yet or permanent solution is still out of fridge.
