I am Nisha Garg. I am writing to bitterly complaint about the false information delivered in your
advert owing to which I purchased a TV, however, which does not contain catchy
features that your advertisement claims to possess.
Apparently, I bought a Toshiba LED TV which has the code
40l675490. I saw your store's advertisement in the local newspaper about LED
TV, which has fascinating features like breathtaking display, a user friendly
interface and seamless connections. I
went to your electronics store and especially asked your salesman whether the
TV was the same one, which was advertised in the paper and he replied in the
affirmative. On purchasing this TV, I was assured that this was the latest
model and the best to buy.
I am exceedingly displeased
as the TV
showed error of connectivity in synchronization with my other media devices
which is disappointment at its peak. Allied to that, I was exasperated to find out that HDMI ports of Television were not
functioning which prevented me from watching my favorite Programs in High
definition. Nonetheless, both of adverts feature i.e. seamless connection and
friendly interface turned out to be unpromising.
It is irksome and
hence, I would like you to replace my TV with a high definition model, which
has all the claimed features or give me a total refund otherwise, I will have
to knock the door of consumer court.
Hoping for a prompt action.
Yours faithfully,
Nisha
Garg
