Some people think that companies and private individuals should pay to clean up the pollution that they produce, not the government. To what extent do you agree?
Apparently, individual taking responsibility for eradication of mess across the globe holds a wide of constructive benefits. To begin with, folks will get not only aware about the catastrophic effects of pollution on Mother Nature ,but also they would start taking care of spreads the mess. For instance, In developed countries there are strict fine and police issue a ticket to the people not following the proper sanitation rules around their home or any community places such as bus station, Railways and Historical sites. Secondly, unlike authorities, if citizens have to pay out of their pocket for sanitation , they would also encourage their offsprings about cleanliness around their house and guide them to join the community services to save the environment.
Thirdly, government would be benefitted considerably from this phenomenon if companies provide money for cleanliness as there would be paradigm shift in the revenue of government and would create constructive ripples in terms of economic development. To corroborate, according to BBC survey last year in UK government authorities almost make 1 billion dollars from private companies and people in terms of tickets and fines for violating the rules which are mandatory for the protection environment. Moreover, companies would follow the strict protocol as they would be more careful about water disposal and products manufacturing process.
To recapitulate, prudence will prevail if supreme bodies and people go hand in hand to make the community more vigilant towards serious issue of pollution.
