You recently visited a store and didn't like the customer service there. Write a complaint letter to the store manager and say
·         What was the issue there?
·         why wasn't the staff helpful?
·         Suggest what can be done about it?

Dear sir,

I am Nisha Garg, a regular customer of your 'Sai Grocery store' at K.C. road, Model Town, Chandigarh. I am writing to express my annoyance about the services that i received at your store on 17th June.

Apparently, it was complete mess over there as not a single staff was at its designated place. I had to wait for half an hour to get tissue towels. Not only this, they gave me the hand sanitizer of local company despite having asked number of times for branded one. Moreover, while billing they were not sure about discount which would be given to either new or old customers. Owing to which they charged me, two percent extra in spite of having 200 credit points.

Fundamentally, I reckon they are not aware about the guidelines of your trade because of being new to this store. they were utterly baffled how to attend the customer and management of goods was also not up to the mark. Actually, two of older employees went for lunch before lunch hours and they were ordering the new ones. Seemingly, it was just like former were behaving like bosses of the later ones.

Incontestably, I can understand because of lockdown, you had to employ new workers, you should visit  store once to supervise. Furthermore, I would appreciate if you let your new employees aware of all the guidelines of your trade. Also, you should tell your staff strictly that all of them are equivalent and being seniors, it is the prime responsibility of the older workers to comprehend the newer ones so that everything runs smoothly.

I hope that you shall consider my recommendation and implement them.

Yours faithfully,
Nisha Garg
