Indubitably, Language is a system of communication used by a particular country or community. It is often argued that younglings should not be compelled to learn a foreign language as they might lack the natural potential. However, I firmly disagree to the given notion.

Apparently, acquiring a foreign language holds a wide range of constructive benefits. First and Foremost, not only it advances your career opportunities ,but also boost your confidence. To vindicate, according to BBC research it has been found that children who have learnt two or more languages have better connectivity and future job opportunities. Secondly, Unlike adults, children who learn a foreign language at an early age, he/she can cope with the distinct  cultures and enjoy a better position to read more books written in foreign language.Thus with the grasping technique of the children makes the children to adapt and learn faster.

Furthermore, adults are often afraid to make mistakes when they are speaking in a new language.  Is learning easy for younger ones than adults ? Certainly yes, children are not afraid of making grammatical mistakes because basically they repeat words and sentences in the way they listen them. Lastly,  children have a better chance to be aware of an accent. The faster they get used to the right pronunciation the better they feel about the melody of a language.

To recapitulate, Although learning a new language maybe difficult yet I think that it is essential for children to begin learning a foreign language in their early ages. It brings many benefits such as great pronunciation. Also, it helps a child develop and gain more knowledge which is good for a long run.

Unrecycled waste is a burning issue. It has increased at an alarming rate. It is believed that people across the globe  do not recycle paper, glass and metal objects. Apparently, lack of resources and Knowledge are to be blamed for this universe phenomenon. However, joint efforts by the government and  individuals can overcome this perennial predicament.

Fundamentally, the predominant factors that evidently trigger it can be observed. First and foremost, not only countries do not have adequate resources to differentiate recycled products from the litter, but also it is a costly affair to reprocess the used items. This leads to the dumping of the unprocessed garbage to the ground at an unprecedented scale. Secondly, unlike developed countries, developing nation's communities lack basic knowledge of the environment and healthy well-being, which makes it cumbersome to comprehend what material can be reused and reutilized. For example, according to WHO, asian countries such as Pakistan and Bangladesh with lower literacy rates account for the majority of untreated waste having dismal consequences on nature. Thus , these key factors are responsible for paradigm escalation of unprocessed  items.

Nevertheless, there are potential ways to curb this menace. Chiefly, if developed nations aid their developing  counterparts with machinery, resources and funds required for the recycling, it will have a promising development in mitigating the waste and improving their living.To vindicate, sophisticated German technology of segregating waste(paper and plastic) have a substantial contribution on improving Chandigarh standards. Furthermore, educating people on salvaging products through advertisements and campaigns can have a prolific increase in the proper disposal of products which can be reprocessed.

To recapitulate, although deficient resources and education have distinct disadvantages on the process of reusing yet people can reap the benefits from recycling provided if proper utilisation of overseas funds and teaching of the  sustainable environment is given to them.

Indubitably, promotion is indispensable for every person to get success in life . It is often argued that employees who have worked in an organisation for lengthy time should be given the senior positions.  However , in my contention,  long working staff as well as others must be given equal chance to take that position according to their experience qualification and knowledge.

Apparently,  promoting permanent employees who work for a long period holds wide range of constructive benefits for the company.  First and foremost,  not only they will understand the culture and policies of the company better, but also the loyality they have shown must be rewarded by giving them the opportunity to get flourish to higher level . To vindicate , according to the BBC it has been revealed that most of the MNCs give promotions to to the employees who have worked for more than 10 years to reap myriad benefits. Secondly, if  these employees are not elevated,  they might feel dissatisfied and may leave the company which can cause detrimental ramifications to the organization.  Thus, these are some key influencing factors for both the long working staff and organisation. 

Nevertheless,  other components  holds paramount significance for plethora of reasons. Chiefly, unlike the staff who have spent many years in the organization and done excellence, freshers can deliver better performance based on their new skills , updated knowledge and enthusiasm.  To corroborate,  as the Forbes magazine,  sales  of Amazon exponentially surged from last half decade as it welcome warmly new employees every year. Additionally,  despite having a little experience in the organisation as compared to the senior employees , an individual can do wonders  by their extraordinary performance . Seemingly , considering the externals for the post of manager level is inevitable. 

To recapitulate, although long working employees can adapt easily to the environment, rules and regulations of the company yet equilibrium should be maintained by  giving chance to every candidate for jumping to the higher position. Needless to state,  a deserving millennial should be given the desired position.

Indubitably, desktop games have seen a prolific increase  around the globe  since the dawn of modern technology. It is often argued by the guardians that video games have inherited downsides and have less educational use. However, I partially agree with the given notion.

Apparently, playing Pc games has myriad detrimental repercussions. First and foremost, not only, children play for long hours and get addicted to the games neglecting their studies, but also it has dismal consequences on their health in terms of weight and poor sight. To vindicate, according to the BBC, there is an unprecedented increase in obesity and farsightedness in adolescents who spend the majority of their time on computers. Secondly, unlike the bygone days wherein children used to play outside and socialize with peers , today's generation spend the majority of its time inside, and eyes glued to screens, which leads to isolation. Thus, these factors have a catastrophic effect on a child's overall development.

Furthermore, despite being introvert, modern games assist in achieving social and speaking skills at a nascent stage as new games have a multiplayer option, which gives an opportunity to talk to other players; making them extroverts. Hence, video games have a paramount significance provided if given in a limited manner.

Indubitably, libraries are the knowledge house where one can find any information. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that libraries are the backbone of a society, while others emphasize that it's a waste of funds as all the information can be accessed on computers.

Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that  atheneum holds substantial contribution to society and have reasons to substantiate it. First and foremost, not only libraries provide authentic knowledge to the consumer, but also brings community people closer to each other irrespective of age and gender. For example, the Indian habitat centre is home to  thousands of precious books as well as hosting cultural public events. Secondly, unlike the internet which only a small proportion of the population has access to, public libraries are free, or have a minute entry fee, and are accessible to anyone. Thus, libraries have paramount significance in society.

Nevertheless, some believe libraries are wasteful resources in the modern world for myriad reasons. Chiefly, if a library is constructed, lots of funds have been diverted for its maintenance  which the government could have distributed to poor sections of society who need it. Furthermore, despite the expenditure, the library cannot accommodate all the literature or books which a E- library can hold. Besides, the web allows us to access those books online at the comfort of our home.

In my profound opinion, although technology has a considerable contribution in transforming the way of studying literature or magazines online yet traditional way of learning from a physical book in a peacful environment have its own constructive benefits.

First and foremost, unlike the bygone days , no physical activity is taken up  by the modern world in leisure time which people before welcomed warmly such as physical sport, thereby incrementally ameliorating their physical stamina as well as their immune system. Eventually, they were able to preclude themselves from getting any unprecedented disease. To vindicate, according to the BBC, it has been revealed that the ratio of obese has increased at unprecedented scale from a decade.  Secondly, not only amalgamated folks from distinct societies used free hours in maintaining social relations which increased their bond, but also attained myriad knowledge of different cultures and traditions by face to face interactions . Seemingly, spending spare hours in useful way has plethora of merits. 

To recapitulate, although to survive in today's competitive  society has become cumbersome yet millennial should endeavour themselves to atleast use their free time in productive manner. Needless to state, a break from  daily pressures is indispensable.
