In the modern era, there is a considerable contribution of research on how one’s body reaps the benefits in sporting events. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that Physical factors are the key factors influencing the results in sporting events while others emphasize that the mentally strong people have big advantage in winning any sporting game.
Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that physical power is a factor where one is benefited considerably and have many reasons to substantiate it. Firstly, not only physical tenacity is required to maintain stamina at an unprecedented scale ,but also a strong bulk can be recovered from the injuries faster than a weak body. Secondly, unlike people who are just mentally strong, sports person with muscular built can participate in heavy weightlifting games.
