These days ,an increasing number of developing countries are improving their tourism industries why do you think is the case? is this a positive or negative development?

Indubitably, tourism is already a huge industry and this is expanding even more rapidly in developing countries. Admittedly, many developing countries have taken extensive initiatives to expand their tourism and thus many of them have gained a considerable amount of popularity in this industry. Apparently, various factors breed its popularity. However, it is constructive trend.

Fundamentally, the predominant factors that evidently trigger it can be observed. To begin with, tourism industry has paramount significance in everyone life, many developing countries are expanding their tourism. Subsequently, popularity and exposure to world are the contributing factors for the expansion of tourism industry. For instances, Malaysia is well known Asian country and the expansion of their tourism sector has established this popularity. Secondly, tourism industry brings a huge amount of foreign money that can be used for the development of the country. To exemplify, developing countries like Thailand, China and Spain are earning a huge amount of foreign money. Thirdly, tourism actually increases the business opportunities of a country and henceforth, many countries are having a better trade relationship with developed countries only because the tourist of western world came to visit such countries first. Eventually, tourism creates a numerous job opportunities for local people and give the host country an excellent opportunity to develop their infrastructure.

Nevertheless, i find this trend positive for multifarious reasons. Chiefly, in this era of globalization countries cannot shut their door to the foreigners. Seemingly, this is the age of technology and we can fly to any place within few hours, most of the people travel to various destinations and which has substantial contribution towards economy of countries. To exemplify, the 2017 Economic impact report by world travel and tourism council indicates that the industry generates one out of 10 jobs worldwide, growing at a pace that outperforms employment in the global economy for the sixth consecutive years. Additionally, tourism has been alternative to agriculture to survive local residents. consequently, in favour of governments, visiting important sites and monuments will be able to contribute to the economy of the country with the money they spend on a wide range of goods and services ,such as paying money to these sites through the tax system, as a result, this would certainly promote the nation’s cultural heritage and important buildings.

Suffice to say that , Albeit the emerge of tourism creates a constructive ripples in economic values,  forming new occupations, and eco-friendly. Yet government should take a coercive steps to control cultural loss, environment degradation and increasing

In the past, people used to travel abroad to look many differences from their home country. Nowadays, the scenaries in places all over the world are more and more similar. What are the causes of similarities? do you think the advantages of this trend outweighs the disadvantages?

Indubitably, travelling abroad gives people numerous opportunities to explore more about the world. It is believed that owing to globalization the architectures in cities often initiate the style of those from other countries, making the appearance difference between cities globally being smaller. However, this trend brings about a mixed bag of both boon and bane, I personally think disadvantages outshines advantages.

Fundamentally, there are myriad reason for the similarities. Firstly, the resemblances in architecture,  which is paramount significance in assimilation for very long time. For instance, Vietnam , a country in south east Asia, used to be a colony of china, France, and America for thousands of years. Henceforth, the existence of many French -styled buildings as well as those with Chinese style. Secondly, globalization has led to people’s imitation of lifestyles. Subsequently, the American lifestyle is very popular among young people, they try to catch up with American’s makeup styles, trendy clothes, and their life habits. Moreover, integration can also be considered as the cause of the appearance of skyscrapers, cafe shops, and restaurants, which are similar views that we can find in downtown areas I big cities around the world. To vindicate, KFC and McDonald’s chains can be seen in most parts of the world.

Nevertheless, on the destructive part , there appears to be detrimental effects for this trend. Chiefly, every nation has their own cultural identities, which is our ancestor’s most treasure able heritage. Consequently, globalization has dismal consequences on the cultural diversity of each country. At the outset, this trend will make global tourism pointless and boring since all places are becoming identical, tourists will no longer be interested in visiting other countries. To illustrates, the Forbes magazine published the survey that 50 to 60% people are lacking their interest in tourism, as everything looks similar and there is no fascination and curiosity to travel. Additionally, the damage that globalization has done to the environment. To integrate, each country has to develop, industrialize to compete with others. Seemingly, this economic competition will drastically lead to pollution because of the building of factories and high-rise buildings. Furthermore, in the process of globalization, we produce a large number of advanced technologies, which are imported from abroad. Therefore, this will make people rely on foreign technology and not put efforts in learning and researching.

Suffice to say that albeit, the similarities are inevitable outcome of modernization and cultural globalization. It indeed bring people closer, it have a potential threat to our local culture. Henceforth, it is suggested that we should  consider a balance between city development and cultural preservation.

POLLUTION OF RIVERS, LAKES AND SEAS IS MAJOR CONCERN FOR THE PEOPLE WHO SEEK TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT. WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE CAUSES OF WATER POLLUTION, AND WHAT EFFECTS DOES THIS HAVE ON ANIMAL LIFE AND HUMAN SOCIETY?

Water contamination is a burning issue and it has increased at an alarming rate. Nowadays, one of the main concerns of the human beings is water pollution which can threaten both humans and the environment. Apparently, modernization and westernization are to be blamed for this universal phenomenon. However, it begets harrowing upshots on society.

Fundamentally, predominant factors that evidently trigger it can be observed. To begin with, one of the major causes of water pollution is dumping of industrial waste in the rivers and lakes. Majority of Industries are located on the outskirts of the cities and its proximity is close to water bodies due to which factories easily discharge polluted material. In every state, landfills are located and waste from industries should be dropped there. Nonetheless, the household waste and improper drainage system in society leads to water pollution. According to BBC 5 to 7 tons of waste residual in form of water every year drain into river and lakes by the factories. Secondly, the prolific increase waste fuel from nuclear power plants.  All the nuclear testing is near to oceans and seas resultantly there negative impacts affect the humans and marine life.

Nevertheless, it entails myriad detrimental effects. Chiefly, the increased pollution level in the water of sea and lakes have its own inherited downsides to the humans and animals. Pollution matters because it harms the environment on which people depend. The environment is not something distant and separate from our lives. It's not a pretty shoreline hundreds of miles from our homes or a wilderness landscape that we see only on TV. The environment is everything that surrounds us that gives us life and health. Destroying the environment ultimately reduces the quality of our own lives and that, most selfishly, is why pollution should matter to all of us.

Suffice to say, society must ensure steps are taken to prevent this problem from deteriorating further. A myriad of partial fixes exits for this issue yet a permanent solution is still out of reach.

. In some countries, it is illegal for companies to reject job applicant for their age. Is this a positive or a negative development? ielts I ielts writing task-2

In some countries, it is illegal for companies to reject job applicant for their age. Is this a positive or a negative development?

Indubitably, there are laws against age discrimination to safe guard elder workers seeking employment in workforce. It is believed that employers can not reject any application applied by senior workers because laws does not allow them to do so. However, this topic is being hotly debated, it is both constructive and destructive trend.

Fundamentally, it hold plethora of constructive benefits. Firstly, many organization prefer someone who has a considerable experience in a specific area to cater to the needs of the organization. Seemingly, there are myriad benefits o having an elder employee than their younger counterparts as with age comes experience. Henceforth, They can utilize their learning and implement their mind in a better manner. Moreover, one should not be discrimination against anyone on any basis. Subsequently, there may be certain areas where age and the experience play a pivotal role and in no manner can be substituted. For instance, the tribune newspaper published the article that last year Tata motors has achieved the prestigious place in the job market, as the company hired almost 50 to 60% employee over 40 and they are more experienced and gave a good performance to excel in company.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QwTppN21peM&list=PL2SnntlB81Ylf6rMXsMVL4hlZcVvX2e0S

On the other hand there are myriad detrimental effects of this trend. Chiefly, one prominent issue arise from prohibiting the companies to refuse their job’s applicant due to their ages is it can lead to serious company loss. Consequently, it is because some job’s positions require adequate experience which commonly owned by those I productive age which is between 30 -35 years. Therefore, it is restricted to take age into account for selecting new employees, the companies will be dominated by unqualified staffs. Consequently, the companies will face adversely as they should pay several amount of dollars for those employee do not have neither skills nor ability to favour the companies’ outcomes. Additionally, health and safety of labour are the paramount priorities over all companies therefore the age should be one factor to be considered otherwise it will damage the labour’s health and safety. To vindicate, mechanical occupations like petroleum engineers is one of the job that physically demanding thus the applicants who apply for this job should have a vigorous body and healthy mind. Hence this kind of job is not for elderly age people as they are not appropriate for this job.

Suffice to say that albeit, several states consider that involving age in to prerequisite of job’s selection is illegal procedure. However, it confines the company to recruit potential staff based on their need. In addition health and safety is most important thing for every company. Yet on broader spectrum there should be balance between age and experience.

Nowadays, some people tend to take temporary jobs, for they have the time to do other things. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages? IELTS I IELTS WRITING TASK-2

Nowadays, some people tend to take temporary jobs, for they have the time to do other things. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Nowadays people are busier in their work and they have no time for their family. Going to office in early hours and late work is common in present work culture. So, few masses tend to do part time jobs, for they give time for their other things. However, this practice brings about a mixed bag of both and bane but advantages outshine its disadvantages.

On the constructive part, society is blessed with numerous benefits because of presence of part time jobs which are worth mentioning. To begin with, temporary jobs are more beneficial especially for those who have responsibility of their families. They can prefer their job period according to their convenience. Secondly, it is good work schedule for individual who want an experience of work for short time. Some people do this type of jobs just to know about the job and want to start their own business. To cite an example, The owner of ALIBABA.com  started his career with the part time jobs in snap deal as supportive executive. After getting an experience he quit his job and he has started his own business named from Alibaba and this business of marketing is most popular in all world and his name counts in top ten richest people. Thirdly, the people can get a different experience from part time jobs and they can utilise this experience for getting a permanent job if they really wanted. Lastly, more students do the temporary jobs with their study so they could get an experience as well as some money for their daily expenses.

On the destructive part, there appears to be potential shortcoming from this trend. Chiefly, it lacks job security. In temporary jobs, there is no security of jobs. Companies can dismiss the part time employee any time without any notification given. Additionally, in part time jobs we cannot get a handsome salary. This salary does not fulfil the need of person at present time and it also more expensive for going different place for few times. It increased the fare charges and consumption of fuel. Moreover, it does not offer a permanent income for the employees because the availability of job and the duration of job always change according to the conditions and worker do not get any benefits like medical claim and EPFO facility.

In conclusion, It is evident that there are lot of benefits are provide in temporary jobs as compare to permanent jobs despite some cons but the advantage of part time jobs is outweigh the regular work.

Some countries spend a lot of money to make bicycle usage easier. Why is this? Is this the best solution to traffic congestion? I WRITING TASK-2 I IELTS

Some countries spend a lot of money to make bicycle usage easier. Why is this? Is this the best solution to traffic congestion?

With the increase in population there is the problem of traffic congestion with heavy vehicles. Few nations are promoting bicycle usage by spending a huge amount of money on it.  Apparently, various factors breed their popularity. However, it is a constructive trend.

Fundamentally, the predominant factors that evidently trigger it can be observed. To begin with, one of the major advantages of the bicycle is eco-friendly. There is no consumption of fuel in the bicycle. It runs only manually or with electricity and it is the easier way to overcome the problem of Fuel. Moreover, there is no need for a lot of money for its repairing. It is easy to handle such type of manual machine. Additionally, It is low in budgets, so everyone can buy a bicycle. Besides this, there are also health-related benefits. By using the bicycle it will reduce the risk of heart-related disease and the extra fat in our body.

Nevertheless, I find this trend positive for multifarious reasons. Chiefly, It helps to maintain our environment healthy. Therefore, government spending on bicycle usage is a nice strategy to combat pollution caused by automobiles. Promoting bicycle usage is one of the best solutions to traffic congestion. To cite an example, in cities like Mumbai, there are bicycle stands where bicycles can be parked and rented for use for a minimal price. Also, every road has separate lanes for the bicycle riding that occupy comparatively very less space than other vehicles. Furthermore, there are many causalities happen due to traffic congestion. So it will be minimal with the usage of the bicycle and the government could save our environment by promoting the usage of the bicycle.

Suffice to say, Spending money on the bicycle is beneficial for everyone by environment factor or helpful for reducing traffic congestion and it will also save time and money.
