Indubitably, career plays a paramount significant role in everyone's life. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that adolescents should select job of their interest, while other emphasizes that youngsters should think practically about their future.
Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that teenagers should aim for a job which they relish and have many reasons to substantiate it. First and foremost, not only juveniles will feel more passionate and energetic towards their work which helps them to increase the productivity, but also it will multifold their confidence level. To vindicate, according to the BBC, it has been revealed that the young pupil who choose their career by their own got success on an unprecedented scale. Secondly, if youngsters choose a job themselves, the chances of happy and satisfied life are more since they do not feel boredom or burdened at work. Thus, these are some constructive benefits youngsters can achieve by deciding freely about the future.
Nevertheless, some believe that adolescents should rationally think about the future for plethora of reasons. Chiefly, despite the myriad career options in life, there are multivarious difficulties and duties one has to face throughout the professional life. Hence, teenagers should think realistically prior to opt for a job focussing on what problems might occur and how to solve them . To corroborate, as per Forbes magazine, there is a prolific increase in the challenges young people have to undergo at workplace in the modern era due to globalisation. Additionally, does thinking practically about the career leads to a fruitful life? Certainly yes, since properly taking the decision they can aim for a hand whopping salary and good post that can help to meet the materialistic demands of their family members.
In my profound opinion, although to live a dream is the right of every child yet the youngsters should put more concern about their future jobs to live a happy and luxurious life.
