Indubitably,  the world has witnessed a paradigm shift in the advancement of science and technology with robots being most prominent. It  is believed that majority of work might be done  by automatic machines then millennial in the years to come.  However, even though this practice brings about a mixed bag of boon and bane, demerits outshines  merits.

Apparently, use of robots entails myriad detrimental ramifications. First and foremost , not only it results in unemployment, but also open doors  for crime as more and more population will be jobless and to fulfill their hunger they may indulge themselves in criminal activities.  To vindicate,  according to the BBC,  with a prolific increase in  these machines in industries , the ratio of unemployed labourers has increased unprecedentedly from a decade . Secondly,  if the use  of robot may continue massively, it may lead to dismal health consequences owing to which more and more people will become legarthic and obese.  Yet another, does robots need whopping amount for it's installation and  functioning ?  certainly yes, since  they require regular maintenance and updations which is unavoidable for smooth running of these machines. Thus,  there are some catastrophic  repercussions of using robots.

Nevertheless,  it hold a constructive benefit. Unlike the manual work,  automatic machines play a paramount significant role as the work done is more quicker without any breaks  thus enhances productivity. To corroborate, as per Forbes magazine, ratio of robots in the field of medical are welcomed warmly as they safe time and performs error free work. Seemingly, it is a promising development.

To recapitulate, although robots have a considerable contribution due to the free time it gives to the  individuals yet drawbacks like  unemployment and health repercussions cannot be ignored . Needless to state,  one should wisely use   automatic machines to reap maximum benefit out of it.
