Excessive noise is a burning issue. It has increased at an alarming rate. It is believed that nations across the globe are confronting Noise pollution at public places. Apparently, modernisation and westernisation is to be blamed for this universal phenomenon. However, it can be cleverly eradicated provided a slew of remedial measures are taken up.

First and foremost, not only Increased number of vehicles on the roads  ,but also no regulation on Building and car park construction . On the top of that Weddings, public gatherings involve loudspeakers to play music which considerably produce noise in the neighbourhood.

Nevertheless, there are potential ways to curb this menace. Chiefly, If the government takes coercive steps, it will have a substantial contribution in mitigating this problem. To corroborate, according to Forbes magazine it has been found that introduction of stringent policies and penalties  in the streets of South England has lead to significant curtail in the noise. Furthermore, Is controlling the excessive noise only the problem for government ? Hope you’re doing well. It’s been long since have met. I would like to invite you for my farewell party.

As you know it has been my childhood dream to pursue a degree in management . not only I got admission in Yale University MBA programme , but also have bagged a scholarship which will cover all of my tuition fees. I will be leaving the country next month so I thought of organising an outgoing party.

Unlike traditional parties, I have thought of having a theme based party and the theme for the party is “ Superheroes” on 30th November at my house. You’ll have to dress as your favourite superhero costume. There would be dance, drinks and lip smacking snacks from the nearby restaurant.

It is my farewell and How can I forget my best friend?  You have been an eternal part of my life and have substantial contribution in what I have achieved today. I cannot thank you enough. So your presence is indispensable.

Apparently, women have an indispensable role in the development for myriad reasons. First and Foremost, not only they are non-violent and have better emotional understanding, but also it is presumed due to this nature there would be less wars and it would be a peaceful place. To vindicate, according to BBC research it has been revealed that the places under the governance of women have seen a substantial decrease in crime rates. Secondly, Unlike men , women have a paradigm of thoughts, that bring a different prism of looking at the world and have different approaches to different problems. Thus, under feminine leadership a country can be benefited considerably.

Nevertheless, women in the leadership position has it own detrimental effects. Chiefly, Despite having better emotional and excellent rational quotient ,leadership may involve them to take tough decisions which is not their forte . It is often argued that employers should lay emphasis on the qualities rather than the qualifications and experience. However, I firmly disagree with the given notion.

Apparently, having good educational qualifications and experience have plethora of benefits such as job security and respect, which motivates individuals to perform even better. First and Foremost, not only they have considerable increased salaries , but also are respected and rewarded in the society for their achievement.  To vindicate, according to BBC research it has been found that 60% of qualified people often lead a happy life and have a positive approach towards work. Secondly, Unlike inexperienced people , individuals who have a vast experience and are highly qualified have better communication skills , higher analytical and intelligence quotient which makes them an ideal candidate for a job. Thus, being qualified has definite advantage in someone’s life.

Furthermore, some fields cannot cope with humans who do not posses the needed status of education and exposure such as Medicine and Nursing. If someone who is not qualified enough is hired for a senior role can lead myriad detrimental ramifications. To corroborate, according to Forbes magazine it has been found that 60 percent of companies that closed up in Nigeria in the year 2017 was due to their management by inexperienced workers. Additionally, Is only education necessary to hire someone for a role ? However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that Grandparents are best caretakers of their younglings , while others emphasize that child-care is the best option for the children.

Apparently, various factors make a section of society believe that grandparents take the utmost care of the younglings and have many reasons to substantiate it. In my profound, although grandparents have contributing factor in the development of the children and have their emotions Yet I believe that child-care in this modern epoch are better suited for the children.

Apparently, making pupils a part in deciding on how to run school holds plethora of benefits. First and foremost, not only they can gain knowledge about the leadership, communication and collaboration with other people, but also can be key factor  in helping the management to yield better outcomes. To vindicate, according to a BBC research it has been found that student involved in extra curricular activities have better communication and inter personal skills. Secondly, Unlike other activities , being a part in the school management can make the pupils more responsible and mature for their future.Thus,  students can be  benefited  considerably when participating in the school functions.

Nevertheless, it also entails some negative ramifications. Chiefly, if pupils are involved in management , the children cannot focus on the studying process because of their duties. Secondly, Unlike other who waste their time, those who do productive things in leisure pursuit has substantial contribution in boosting self esteem and gives opportunity to try out new ideas. Indubitably, government works for the upliftment of society. It is often argued that populace across the globe need help and is not possible for successive governments to help everyone around, so the regime should focus on indigenous people of their own native land. However, I firmly agree to this given notion. 

Apparently, government has a substantial contribution for the development of its own citizens first than others. First and foremost, not only native people pay a tax to the supreme bodies of their country ,but also they help in generating income which has considerable contribution in the development of a country as a whole. To vindicate according to BBC research it has been witnessed that   only 15% countries require additional support from other countries while others are self sustaining. Secondly, unlike other country’s legal bodies, it is a onus of the administration of the country to provide a healthy living standard to its fellow citizens. if developed countries support their people in various conditions such as free education,, creating employment and reservation, they can see an exponential rise in the overall growth and in line with other developed countries. Thus, the upliftment of a nation’s people is an indispensable task for the government.

So, people must be assisted by their own government.
