 World would be a better place if women own leadership. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

It is an undeniable fact that Leadership is the ability of an individual or a group of individuals to influence and guide followers or other members of an organization. It is often argued that the world would be better place if is governed by women. However, I partially agree with this notion.

Apparently, women have an indispensable role in the development for myriad reasons. First and Foremost, not only they are non-violent and have better emotional understanding, but also it is presumed due to this nature there would be less wars and it would be a peaceful place. To vindicate, according to BBC research it has been revealed that the places under the governance of women have seen a substantial decrease in crime rates. Secondly, Unlike men , women have a paradigm of thoughts, that bring a different prism of looking at the world and have different approaches to different problems. Thus, under feminine leadership a country can be benefited considerably.

Nevertheless, women in the leadership position has it own detrimental effects. Chiefly, Despite having better emotional and excellent rational quotient ,leadership may involve them to take tough decisions which is not their forte . To corroborate, according to Forbes magazine it has been found that some decisions taken by women were in favour of them. Furthermore, Will there be equality in the world ,if only women take the leadership roles ? Certainly , No as this may cause a gender bias amongst the populations and eventually lead to dismal consequences.

To recapitulate, Although women are better at management and have proven to be better leaders. Yet for the world to be a better places it is vital to have leaders based upon their capabilities rather than their gender.
