Which option would you prefer? 

Option A: Hire a security guard Option 

B: Install cameras

I vehemently reckon that modern surveillance would be more effective. Even though since time immemorial, security guard act as a crime deterrent, consistency of the protection offered by surveillance cameras outweighs security guards. 

First and foremost, unlike security guards, Wireless CCTV Technology are equipped with 360-degree vision, key influencing factor in providing an unbiased account of an event, do not ever take a vacation, have health related absences from work or fall asleep on the job. To substantiate, there has been numerous crimes that have been committed where witnesses who saw the same event but they still ended up giving law enforcement officials completely distinct accounts of the crime and descriptions of the suspects. Whereas, security cameras are installed in such a way that has substantial contribution in overlapping fields of view, which provide multiple angles of a particular event. 

Secondly, not only CCTV cameras are one-time investments ,but also foster an environment of optimized individual integrity on an unprecedented scale. Employees, visitors and the general public, when they know they are under supervision will be on their best code of conduct subconsciously. Thirdly, cameras equipped with artificial intelligence and Big Data has substantial contribution in detecting the face of an accused or a suspect from a database and pull out details immediately. 

Considering these reasons, I firmly believe contemporary security cameras have the technology and potential in them to completely eliminate human efforts at an unprecedented scale. Again, these are my personal beliefs, but I will support whatever the management decides to do.

I vehemently reckon that airports should be located away from residential areas in order to mitigate the extent of noise pollution. Even though the residents would reap the benefits in terms of employment opportunities, the hike in taxes would invite potential problems for a certain strata of society which cannot be ignored. 

First and foremost, not only proximity to an airport is a death knell for those with respiratory conditions, but also zoning regulation are implemented near some airports to reserve the area around for commercial, industrial and retail use only which can limit the construction of child care centres and schools. 

Secondly, unlike other residential sites, areas with airport has noise levels of 65 decibels which seems to be a more determining factor. Other fundamental catastrophic effects that aviation has over property value are safety, traffic and scenery. 

Considering these reasons, I personally think it would be better to not build airport near house as consistently breathing in the ozone produced by the aircraft can adversely impact respiratory tissue causing emphysema and chronic bronchitis in the long run.
