Dear John ,

Hope you’re doing well. It’s been long since have met. I would like to invite you for my farewell party.

As you know it has been my childhood dream to pursue a degree in management . not only I got admission in Yale University MBA programme , but also have bagged a scholarship which will cover all of my tuition fees. I will be leaving the country next month so I thought of organising an outgoing party.

Unlike traditional parties, I have thought of having a theme based party and the theme for the party is “ Superheroes” on 30th November at my house. You’ll have to dress as your favourite superhero costume. There would be dance, drinks and lip smacking snacks from the nearby restaurant.

It is my farewell and How can I forget my best friend?  You have been an eternal part of my life and have substantial contribution in what I have achieved today. I cannot thank you enough. So your presence is indispensable. 

Looking forward to seeing you at the party. Pay my regards to your parents.

It is an undeniable fact that Leadership is the ability of an individual or a group of individuals to influence and guide followers or other members of an organization. It is often argued that the world would be better place if is governed by women. However, I partially agree with this notion.

Apparently, women have an indispensable role in the development for myriad reasons. First and Foremost, not only they are non-violent and have better emotional understanding, but also it is presumed due to this nature there would be less wars and it would be a peaceful place. To vindicate, according to BBC research it has been revealed that the places under the governance of women have seen a substantial decrease in crime rates. Secondly, Unlike men , women have a paradigm of thoughts, that bring a different prism of looking at the world and have different approaches to different problems. Thus, under feminine leadership a country can be benefited considerably.

Nevertheless, women in the leadership position has it own detrimental effects. Chiefly, Despite having better emotional and excellent rational quotient ,leadership may involve them to take tough decisions which is not their forte . To corroborate, according to Forbes magazine it has been found that some decisions taken by women were in favour of them. Furthermore, Will there be equality in the world ,if only women take the leadership roles ? Certainly , No as this may cause a gender bias amongst the populations and eventually lead to dismal consequences.

To recapitulate, Although women are better at management and have proven to be better leaders. Yet for the world to be a better places it is vital to have leaders based upon their capabilities rather than their gender.

It is an undeniable fact that Selection is the process of picking or choosing the right candidate, who is most suitable for a vacant job position in an organization. It is often argued that employers should lay emphasis on the qualities rather than the qualifications and experience. However, I firmly disagree with the given notion.

Apparently, having good educational qualifications and experience have plethora of benefits such as job security and respect, which motivates individuals to perform even better. First and Foremost, not only they have considerable increased salaries , but also are respected and rewarded in the society for their achievement.  To vindicate, according to BBC research it has been found that 60% of qualified people often lead a happy life and have a positive approach towards work. Secondly, Unlike inexperienced people , individuals who have a vast experience and are highly qualified have better communication skills , higher analytical and intelligence quotient which makes them an ideal candidate for a job. Thus, being qualified has definite advantage in someone’s life.

Furthermore, some fields cannot cope with humans who do not posses the needed status of education and exposure such as Medicine and Nursing. If someone who is not qualified enough is hired for a senior role can lead myriad detrimental ramifications. To corroborate, according to Forbes magazine it has been found that 60 percent of companies that closed up in Nigeria in the year 2017 was due to their management by inexperienced workers. Additionally, Is only education necessary to hire someone for a role ? Certainly no, work experience  has a substantial contribution for an employer as it helps them to explore their strengths and weaknesses and identify the gap in their skills.

To recapitulate, although personal qualities can play a crucial role in building a personality Yet employers cannot neglect the utmost importance of better education and experience which are the key factors of a good employee .

In the modern era, there is paradigm shift in the work culture as to meet the expenses many families have both working parents. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that Grandparents are best caretakers of their younglings , while others emphasize that child-care is the best option for the children.

Apparently, various factors make a section of society believe that grandparents take the utmost care of the younglings and have many reasons to substantiate it. First and foremost, not only it keeps grandparents energetic and vibrant , but also they preach moral , cultural values as a result child gets warmth and empathy in company of known ones.  To vindicate, according to BBC research it has been found that young ones staying with their grandparents are found to be more intuitive and have more emotional empathy towards people. Secondly, Unlike childcare, leaving offsprings with Grandparents can make parents work comfortably without being anxious. Grandparents are family members and hence, are aware about particular eating habit, food choices allergy concerns or medicinal conditions.Thus, it leads to sort of symbiotic relation in which grandparents and grandchildren are benefited considerably. It is a win-win situation for both. 

Nevertheless, some people believe that caretakers are the best option for myriad reasons. Chiefly, If the children are with childcare, they are provided with latest teaching methods and can ensure promising development in learning the basic language skills and behaviour. To corroborate, according to Forbes magazine it has been found that they follow protocols in certain medical conditions and latest child-care facilities have a paramount significance in the personality development of the children. Furthermore, Can grandparents help in the holistic development of the children ? Certainly No, the child-care facilities can help the children to engage in physical and recreational activities which will help to further shape their future.

In my profound, although grandparents have contributing factor in the development of the children and have their emotions Yet I believe that child-care in this modern epoch are better suited for the children.

Indubitably, since the dawn of the civilisation schools  play a substantial role in the lives of pupils. It is often argued that educational institutions shall consider learner’s viewpoint in making key decisions of school. However, I partially agree with the given notion.

Apparently, making pupils a part in deciding on how to run school holds plethora of benefits. First and foremost, not only they can gain knowledge about the leadership, communication and collaboration with other people, but also can be key factor  in helping the management to yield better outcomes. To vindicate, according to a BBC research it has been found that student involved in extra curricular activities have better communication and inter personal skills. Secondly, Unlike other activities , being a part in the school management can make the pupils more responsible and mature for their future.Thus,  students can be  benefited  considerably when participating in the school functions.

Nevertheless, it also entails some negative ramifications. Chiefly, if pupils are involved in management , the children cannot focus on the studying process because of their duties. To corroborate , according to Forbes magazine it has been found that in some parts of the world students scored lower grades after involving in school duties.  Furthermore, does it lead to violent behaviour ? Certainly yes, they engage in fights to be a part of managerial process and sometimes adopt unfair means. 

To recapitulate, Although this is tedious Yet I believe that this methodology is a viable option for solving some internal problems for students.

It is believed that in modern era, there is paradigm shift in eating habits of millennial which entails catastrophic repercussions on their health. Apparently , modernisation and westernisation are to be blamed for this universal phenomenon. However, it can be cleverly eradicated provided a slew of remedial measures are taken up.

Fundamentally, the predominant factors that evidently trigger it can be observed. First and foremost, not only the working habit and sleeping pattern have drastically changed , but also fast food is convenient and cheap . To vindicate, according to BBC magazine it has been revealed that USA is the largest consumer of unhealthy foods and leading in obesity amongst young individuals. Secondly,  Unlike healthy food, the preparation of these dishes is altogether different, arousing hunger and eliciting enjoyment, causing us to crave more and consume in large quantities. Thus, people get unhealthy when they consume these foods.

Nevertheless ,there are potential ways to curb this menace.chiefly, Despite being physically active , individuals should try incorporating healthy foods in their diet to lead a healthy life. To vindicate, according to Forbes magazine it has been found people following a healthy diet are less prone to diseases. Furthermore, is it necessary to change eating habit. Certainly Yes, having healthy foods have plethora of benefits. It helps us to build our immunity and maintaining our physical and mental being.

To recapitulate, people must ensure steps are taken to prevent this problem from deteriorating further.  A myriad of partial fixes exits for this issue,  if people think wisely they can work on a permanent solution and improve their lifestyle.

Apparently, In present times it is very crucial for individuals to be productive in life. First and Foremost , not only it helps people to hone their skillset ,but also helps them to progress in their jobs. To vindicate, according to a BBC research its has been revealed that 60% of individual who pursued any hobby during their time-off are positive ,joyous and work efficiently. Secondly, Unlike other who waste their time, those who do productive things in leisure pursuit has substantial contribution in boosting self esteem and gives opportunity to try out new ideas. Thus,  Creativity encourages self-expression, a way to create something from personal feelings and experiences. 

Nevertheless, it entails myriad detrimental ramifications. Chiefly, Creativity often leads individuals to be less productive.
