Many people today are choosing to live and work in another country after graduating from university in their home country. Why is this ? Do the advantages of this trend outweigh the disadvantages?

It is believed that  the number of millennial shifting overseas for work and to get settle after their graduate school  is increasing at unprecedented scale. Apparently,  to raise a standard of living and better job opportunities is to be blamed for this universal phenomenon. Nevertheless,  even though this practice brings about a mixed bag  of boon and bane, merits outshines demerits.

Fundamentally,  the predominant factors that evidently trigger it can be observed. First and foremost , not only moving overseas play a  paramount significant role in improving living with the advanced facilities like medical , education , transportation and more,  but also one can live freely without interference of their neighbours and relatives. To vindicate,  according to the BBC, it  has been revealed that the people who have shifted abroad enjoy luxuries of life and relish their freedom.  Secondly, despite the fact that myriad  jobs are available in their native land yet they move to receive whopping salaries and a secured job in developed countries which is limited in their nations. Hence,  these are some key factors behind setting overseas.

Nonetheless, I firmly believe pros massively tide over cons.   on the constructive part,  if youngsters from developing countries  move abroad after their graduation, they can reap the benefits of superior higher education with modern facilities and technology which will be a promising development for their career. To corroborate, as per Forbes magazine, there is an exponential rise in students moving to Canada from a decade to get benefits of better quality of education.   Yet another, does relocation aids in becoming billingual? Certainly yes, since moving overseas have it's own substantial contribution in helping people to learn native  language of other nation either at work or university.
On the destructive part,  unlike their own nation, it is cumbersome for some populace to adjust abroad owing to cultural barrier as well some western countries are extremely cold which is unbearable for individuals of  Asian nations and vice versa. Consequently, it has detrimental ramification on their health in long run.

To recapitulate, although migrating abroad have it's inherited downsides, it's constructive ripples in terms of good quality life, secure jobs and superior education is unsurpassable. Needless to state, relocating merits massively tide over it's demerits.
