First and foremost, not only music can alter emotions, but also music gives a delightful sensation to welcome other people in their life. To corroborate, according to the BBC research, it is revealed that, music has significantly contributed to influence people of divergent cultures to come together. Secondly, musicians avoid producing songs for any specific age group. However, music can be listened by any gender or age, and mutually they can enjoy the vibes of music. Therefore, music can bring people together.
Nevertheless, music is incapable of bringing people together for various reasons. Chiefly, in this modern era, people prefer to be with someone, who is from their culture because they have the psychology that people from a distinct race are not one of them and they are ineffective to cooperate with them. For instance, according to Forbes Magazine, it is revealed that 75% of the married couples are from the same culture and race. Furthermore, due to the generation gap people from different age groups like to listen to distinctive categories of music. For example, young people are more into modern music whereas older people prefer to listen to their traditional and local music.
To recapitulate, music has paramount significance in our life and it is hard to find someone who dislikes music. However, the melody is not enough to bring people from divergent cultures together.
