Schools are no longer necessary because children can get so much information available through the internet, and they can study just as well at home. To what extent do you agree or disagree ? 

It is an undeniable fact there is a paradigm shift in the methods of learning over a past decade.  It is often argued that there is no need of educational institutes as striplings are extremely interested in getting massive knowledge online and can be done without going to schools. However, I firmly disagree to the given notion.

Apparently, academic institutes hold wide range of constructive benefits. First and foremost, not only youngones can  learn academics in a well structured way, but also will be benefited with life skills such as teamwork discipline, unity ,sharing and cooperation. To vindicate ,research by BBC revealed that children who attend school are more responsible and cooperative as compared to the others. Secondly ,does a learner can acquire competitive spirit by going to the educational places ?Certainly yes, since  one has to undergo  academic as well as co- curricular competitions in  which they can reap the benefit of learning to compete with others. Thus, these are some key factor influencing benefits of going to educational institutes.

Furthermore, unlike the information mentioned in books or taught by the tutors in schools, online knowledge can be false and students  are not mature enough to understand whether that information is right or wrong ,  at the outset can face dismal consequences in life.  To corroborate,as per forbes  magazine ,due to the overuse of technology the misleading content on internet has increased at unprecedented scale from a decade. Additionally , if a child opt for e- education,  the child will not get the personal attention of a teacher like in  schools their homework is assesses, doubts are clarified which will not be in case of the online education. Hence ,  academic institutions  are imperative for the overall growth of the child.

To recapitulate,  although there has been a paradigm shift in education with the advancement in technology as one has the facility to learn at home yet schools have a considerable contribution in changing one's life as it  teaches  plethora of attributes like the  unity , discipline, sharing coorporation.  Needless to state,  everyone should be triggered to get enrolled in academic institutions.
