To begin with, moving to a developed country not only provides masses the job opportunities to grow in their professional career, but also people reap the benefits from various facilities offered by the local government. To corroborate, according to BBC research a prolific increase has been witnessed in countries like USA, Canada and Australia owing to the fact that they bestow free eduction and medical facilities to immigrants and their families. Secondly, unlike developing nations, developed countries support their citizens in every challenging phase of life such as covering their medical expenses, unemployment incentives and old age pensions. Hence, people prefer to go and live in such countries.

Nevertheless, it entails myriad detrimental effects.
Chiefly, youngsters have a substantial contribution in the advancement of a nation and if they move out, it will definitely hamper the growth of a nation as they are the future leaders and key workers. To vindicate, per Forbes magazine, progression of a country majorly rely on the volume of young talent they have. Furthermore, would it also impact the economic health of the host nations? Certainly yes, since the money dwellers have earned in their country will be spent to study abroad or settle there and buy local stuff. To recapitulate, although there are numerous benefits of settling abroad, it has various inherited downsides in the development of their own motherland in terms of shortage of useful workers and impact on economical health of the nation.
