• Tell him the amount you can pay in September.

I hope you’re doing well. I want to sincerely thank you for your generous support in helping me with the down payment for my dream house. Unfortunately, due to unexpected circumstances, I’ll only be able to make a partial payment in September.

I was recently hospitalized due to health issues, which resulted in high medical expenses. Additionally, my salary was reduced because of my absences from work. 

As a result, while I had originally planned to return $10,000 in September, I’m currently able to deposit only $500.

I assure you that I will settle the remaining balance by the first week of December. I truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
