Apparently, slackness, distraction are the biggest barrier to learn any other language. However, it can be cleverly eradicated provided a slew of remedial measures are taken up.

Fundamentally, leaning various languages bring multifarious difficulties in learners lives. To begin with, shallowness is an inevitable contributing factor that  stupendously reduce the chances of a person to learn second language.
