More and more women are now going out to work and some women are now the major salary earner in the family. What are the causes of  this and what effect is this having on families and society ?

Indubitably, Gone are the days when women were confined in the four walls of the house. In this contemporary era, immense number of women are outrageously going for work and even several females are the highest earner in the family. Apparently, feminist movements, feminism, Gender equality  are to be the prime reasons for this transformation . However, this trend bring gratifying upshot on the society.

Fundamentally, the predominant factors that evidently trigger it can be observed. To begin with, new women's liberation movement is an inevitable contributing factor which is conducive for emphatically enhancing the female manpower in the industries. Yet another, the paramount significant reason is feminist now there are equal rights for women in the earlier time, most women stayed at home to take care of domestic chores such as cooking or cleaning but now they have carved a niche in each and every field. Incontestably, economic necessity is another substantial reason for the sharp escalation of the number of women in the various sectors because in this ultra modern epoch, cost of living is very high so in order to support the family women started the work. For instance, BBC published a survey in which it was mentioned that owing to the new legislation 80% women nowadays working for themselves and for their family. Inclusively, in the past women were living under patriarchy and there were no proper education system for females but now as the time moved we can see matriarchy in many field in politics and in business and men’s are also taking the interest in household chores and care for their children. As a consequence, women are able to get the higher education and they are able to achieve their desired goals. Eventually, the moderately rising the demand in service sectors and the dramatic fall in the number manufacturing where the strenuous work were done by the men but due to advancement in the technology these sectors also taking the advice from both men and women employees instead of requirement of only physical strength.

Nevertheless, these trend breed multifarious irrefutable positive outcomes in the society. Chiefly, females stupendously contributing in their family income thus the standard of living of a family has improved. Allegedly, in this competitive world it is daunting task for male person to provide everything to their family they also need support and both man and women are equally participating for the development of themselves and for their life partner. Moreover, women  independently prove themselves that they do not require any man for money to survive and they are also getting whopping salaries and  in their family, they are rewarded for this also. Furthermore, both working parents give eager influence on their children because they learn important skill in very early age they know how to live independently and  parents and children rely on each others and help in household work. As far as better is concerned, women also enjoying their lives and living a stress free life after busy themselves in their career they are becoming self-reliant and we see large number of women as a politicians, lawyer, pilot, athlete and many more. In addition to this, women today have much stronger legal rights to protect themselves against domestic violence and sexual discrimination in the workplace.

Suffice to say, changing in the law system for women rights are the major reason for huge number of female in working life and these change gives many positive effects on the society which are required for the development  of a nation
