Work from home is the recent trend add up in the economy of professional work culture and it is up to the wish of person that he wants to do or not. However there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society vehemently deems that people are benefited considerably to themselves and their families by justifying their job sitting at home and doing the work while other emphasizes that work from home increase complication within home and create the environment of tension at home.

Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate that work from home is good option to do work for professional workers and help in some family work also and have many reasons to substantiate it. First and foremost is. Doing job sitting at home has its own paramount significance and big advantage to the worker and his family. In this ultra-modern epoch everyone feel monotonous from same working environment in office all the day so they choose to work from home and do the work with motivation and seemingly more work output with perfection in the work is there and even in free time give help to family wherever they require. Secondly, in this present era,  the main complication is with work life balance and commuting time to go to office and in late evening back from office or depends on ones shift timings. In the metro cities there is lack of work life balance and more commuting time requires resultantly wastage of time of the employee so companies give work from home so that employee reap the benefit of saving the time with work life balance give appropriate time to work and then time to family also. According to BBC it is revealed that 40% of IT professional nowadays love to do work from home and do the work with zeal and show the results. Thirdly, is it good option to do work from home? Certainly yes. It is good at company end to train the workers to do work from home because sometimes due to any natural calamities or pandemic it is important part of the job to do work from home. The quintessential example is in this present time corona virus ragging through the world and more than 70% of professional workers work from home and justify their salaries. 

On the other hand, some believe that the home environment get distract with work from home of the employees for myriad reason. Chiefly, in this modern era, everyone remain under stress and tension owing to their jobs and sitting to do work from home in this stress level resultantly have catastrophic effects  in home environment with negative vibes which is not good for homely environment. According to BBC it is revealed that 25% of employees home environment get tensed with work from home. Additionally, sometime the employee not give his perfection to the work sitting at home due to some complications going on within family and other issues and these all problems directly effect on the output of employee. Besides, some employee not feel good factor to do the work from home and feel bore to sit at home and do work they want proper working environment to do the work with utmost perfection and sometime feel lazy to do work without the work environment consistently leading to dismal consequences on work commitments. 

In my profound opinion, one has to do the work from home according to his own will because it depends on every employee's perception and trait that he can do the work from home or not because everyone have different point of view on this according to his own nature if he does work according to his own choice,  he will  give perfection in that work with better output also
