However, in my contention, having meal with family members entails irrefutable positive outcomes in the family and it is also predominant for the development of the nation.
Apparently, having dinner, breakfast or lunch with families bring wide range of constructive benefits. To begin with , it is an inevitable contributing factor which is conducive to build and reinforce the bond of families. Yet another, the paramount significant benefit is that it generates the habit of eating healthy food which is full of fibers, nutrition, vitamins. As a consequence, it will outrageously make our metabolism or immune system strong. Incontestably, sharing all the daily activities at the time of dinner with elders and children stupendously incline our self-esteem and reduce our stress level. For instance, BBC published a survey in which it was mentioned that 56% people living stress free life because they spend quality time with the family members while taking meal and other people are suffering from depression who hardly get time with family.
Moreover, the other substantial gaining is that children moderately perform outstanding in their academics grades when they get proper attention from their parents and eat the healthy food . Allegedly, the value of country based on its culture and customs if families will not eat together then their next generation will not be aware about their family traditions then they can not be able to represent their country so it will give detrimental effects on the growth of a nation at global level where populace firstly love to know about the indigenous culture of a state. Furthermore, family mealtime is the perfect opportunity to teach appropriate courtesy , table manners and social skills and its also helpful to reduce the bad habits. To corroborate, the family who share five or six time meal together it mitigates such issues like smoking, drinking because spending time give eager influence on the behavior of a person.
Suffice to say, there is uncountable benefits of taking meal with family. Not only beneficial for the growth of an individual but also can benefit considerably for the growth of country it is only the way to maintain our legacy and tradition from one generation to another.
