does it depend on mental attitude of the whole team or the strongest individual

It is an undeniable fact that a team is a number of persons associated together in work or activity. It is often argued that whether accomplishment of a team depends on the behavior attitude of the team or individual strength. However, in my contention, several necessary qualities require for a honorable team such as good mental attitude, strong individuals, and good leader.
Apparently, success of team depends on various qualities which are worth mentioning. To begin with, self-confidence is an inevitable contributing factor which is conducive to achieve a target as a team. Incontestably, if only one person is full of confidence and other all are weak then the team will struggle. Yet another, the paramount significant quality which require in a team is willingness, if any team do not have spark to achieve desired goal then to ignite their willingness a team need a good leader. For instance, BBC published a survey in which it was mentioned 60% sports like cricket , Football compete better against their competitors if they have a good captain strategy to how to boost the confidence level of the team. Eventually, mental attitude is essential if team members not respect each other then it will give detrimental effects on the growth of any company or game.
Furthermore, individual efforts only beneficial if any organization conspicuously require individual participant but in a team attitude and performance of the whole team is very crucial. Allegedly , influence coming from a few stronger individuals cannot be overlooked. For instance, in case of debate and different idea occurred, it would be resolved more easily with the assistance of stronger individuals. In other circumstances, such like facing to a tough problem, the idea always comes from stronger human and they could give useful inspiration to their partners.
Suffice to say, success reckons on mental attitude and strongest individuals, both of them are significant for accomplishment . Without either the former or the later, works would be failure eventually.
