It is undeniable fact nurturing is a key aspect from ancient world to show and develop the abilities of children to cherish them by the parents and other family members. It is often argued that with accordance in upbringing of children, parents have to prepare themselves by undertaking childcare training directions. However, I partially agree to given notion.
Apparently, classroom training sessions hold wide range of constructive benefits. To begin with, training for the parents to develop the mindset of children and innumerable of other factors have their own paramount significance and big advantage for children. The training sessions provide theoretical and practical fruitful aspects to do caring of children with best possible manner. According to BBC it is revealed that 40% of parents take training sessions in European countries for development of the children. Secondly, in this ultra-modern epoch the dynamic changes in the world in all the sectors. There is huge gap between the past education system and in present education system that is prime factor for the parents that they do nurturing and caring in accordance to their own education. Seemingly, for them to attain the training session is indispensable to strengthen the child to stand out in competitive world. In present era, there are plethora of crystal clear ideas and methodology to understand the things for the children within short span of time and reap the benefit of saving time. Thirdly, myriad of schools welcome warmly to do training sessions for the parent’s. Even classroom training sessions with facilities of online training also for working professionals so that the parents concern about children with dynamic approach and nourish according to new trends in the society in homely environment with positive vibes.
On the other hand, the training sessions also have inherited downsides for the parents. In modern world more of the parents are quite busy in their professional works so it is very onerous for them to do drill sessions. In this expensive economy it is very harsh time to do the job and earn to run the family resultantly potential problems take birth. Additionally, the training sessions have very high cost it is not easy for all the parents to do these sessions with their hard earned money. The sessions are delivered by the experts in field of nurturing and overall development of the child wastage of time and wastage of money is both for the parents to do accomplish these sessions. According to BBC it is revealed that 25% of hike in fee structure of training sessions in last two consecutive years. Besides, the parents trust level is more toward their own orthodox methodology to do the work. They do not believe in modern trend setter to do the work with systematic new approach. They feel comfortable in their way of working to do care and nurture of their children and not want any intervention. Their concentration level is more with old techniques to do the work.
To recapitulate, it is preferable better to do caring, nurturing and development of children with new approaches but due to myriad of inherited downsides and potential problem it is not easy for parents to do training sessions. Government should make some rules about fee charge from trainer side so that it is easy platform for every parent to go through the training and became helping hand for their children for their comprehensive development.
