. MANY PEOPLE TODAY FIND IT DIFFICULT TO BALANCE THE DEMANDS OF THEIR WORK AND PERSONAL LIFE. WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF THIS SITUATION, AND WHAT CAN INDIVIDUALS AND EMPLOYERS DO TO REDUCE THE PROBLEM? 



Work life balance is a burning issue. It has increased at an alarming rate. In this modern era, it is daunting task for all individuals to maintain proper equilibrium level in job demand and personal life . Apparently, modernization and westernization are to be blamed for this universal phenomenon. However, it can clearly be eradicated by provided a slew of remedial measures are taken up. 

Fundamentally, the predominant factors that evidently trigger it can be observed. To begin with, there is exponential rise in competition level in every walk of the life from professional to business and personal life. The professional workers have to work hard to prove themselves in race of others to complete their overall task within given time frame they have to do extra efforts or to spend long working hours in offices subsequently, work life get imbalanced. According to BBC there is 45% prolific increase in competition level in professional work in accordance to every sector from last year. Secondly, the surge of round the clock responsibilities of both working and personal life at home makes the poor time management of the person and life get imbalanced. The person have to do plethora of household chores and whole day work in office henceforth, very tough to balance the life. Thirdly, in modern era the significant rise on inflation rate in the economy on its peak. The expenses of every individual gradually has risen but there are no hike in salaries or very tad hike conspicuously, life got imbalance with tensed factor how to live the life with additional standing expenses of every month.  

Nevertheless, there are potential ways to curb this menace. Chiefly, the individual and employer both have to work together to make the life balance of the employee. The individual have to undertake proper time management and benefited them considerably to complete its work and employers not to give more extra work to utilize the employee.  Besides, the individual to become practical in life what the work he does he has to promise for only that work and change the structure of life. The perfectionism is indispensable nowadays to do work on time with utmost output within short span of time and reap the benefit to save the time. With perfectionism the employee do his work more perfection within jiffy. According to Forbes study perfectionism is inevitable for every individual in every work. Also, the person have to make the balance in their needs to live in society. The more we balance our need the more satisfaction in life we have. To complete the need desire we have to do lavish expenditure seemingly, more negative vibes in mind of people and tensed homely environment in lieu of expenditure so we have to accomplish over utmost important needs. The quintessential example is esteem need, basic needs, and psychological needs. 

To recapitulate, to maintain the stability in wok life and personal life one has to undertake myriads of consideration to overcome destructive trend of life imbalance. The proper time management and perfection in work make the life balance. The life balance is indispensable to live healthy life with healthy mind without any medical complications with positive homely and office environment.
