SOME PEOPLE BELIEVE THAT NO ONE SHOULD BE
ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WORKING AFTER THE AGE OF 65. HOWEVER, OTHERS SAY THERE
SHOULD NOT BE A LIMITATION ON AGE AND ANYONE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO WORK
REGARDLESS OF THEIR AGE. DISCUSS BOTH VIEWS AND GIVE YOUR OPINION.
Age is the prime factor about the ones capabilities to do the
sheer hard work nonetheless it is technical work or physical work at their
workplace. However there are predominantly two contrasting views where a
section of society vehemently deems that the age of retirement should be 65 and
not allowed to do work beyond this age while other emphasizes that there is no
age limit to do the work anyone continue to do work despite of age
factor.
Apparently, various factors make a section of people advocate
that one should not do work beyond the age of 65 and have many reasons to
substantiate it. First and foremost is, to do the work in old age or after
retirement age has its own inherited downsides for the organizations because in
this ultra-modern epoch of science and technology more of the work depend on
the technological backgrounds and to learn that technology one should not be
too old to learn and it is not easy to grasp the leanings at this age due to
medical ailments. According to BBC it is revealed that 40% of retirement age
population skills of mindset and thought process does not work in accordance to
present time technologies. Secondly, is it good to do the work in old age?
Certainly no. The old age people have myriad of medical complications and
ailments and it is not easy for them to do work in this age due to non-healthy
body. The old age have its own drawbacks and innumerable potential problems
seemingly not easy to do work in old age. According to Forbes 40% of old age
population or near to retirement age population in the economy surrounded by
myriad of medical complications. Thirdly, it is not easy for old age people to
work with young people's because both of them have different approaches and
different mindset to do the work even both have difference in perceptions about
the today scenario so it is not easy to match the learning. There is ample of
knowledge gap between both young and old age people due to differences in their
education they attained in their life consequently lots of dismal consequences
with detrimental effects can occur on the profit making process of any
company.
On the other hand, some believe that there should not be any age
issue to do the work one has to work according to his own will for myriad
reasons. Chiefly, the old age people has their own prominent significance and
substantial contribution to work because of their rich experience of the life
they have skills to solve complications with easy way out. Experience always
matter with due respect in every work of the life and they have this advantage
in themselves. Additionally, the old age people in any organization or out of
the organization in daily routines works benefited considerably by teaching
myriad of leanings to young people with their experience, motivation and
confidence to do the work still in this age and became idol for plethora of
person within the workplace or even outside of it. According to BBC it is
revealed that 50% of old age people give motivation lectures and do work
as trainer for young people in organizations on the basis of their lifelong leanings.
Besides, it is medically proven fact that the more we work with the body the
more we stay fit and free from ailments that’s why it is key factor influencing
to old age people to do work according to their own will up to any age of their
own choice and do work in which they are perfect and deliverer their
perfection.
In my profound opinion, nonetheless the person is old age or
young if he want to do work with confidence and motivation he should do the
work but health consideration is must in that because if we have healthy body
and healthy mind only then we can work with motivation and enthusiasm and
seemingly do their own promising development also in monetary terms.
