Your city is planning to develop new sports complex. The city has sent out an opinion survey to see what residents would like to have built in that area
Sports Complex Development Survey:
Option A : Athletic tracks and sports complex : Sports complex will mainly provide facilities to athletes.
Option B: Baseball Ground: Authorities will develop ground with a good sitting capacity.

I vehemently reckon that sports complex and athletic tracks would considerably benefit intermediate and professional players. Even though having a new baseball ground closer will be warmly welcomed by the residents as it will provide luxury of seating great capacity crowds yet the constructive ripples of sports complex massively outshines the new baseball ground.
Firstly, unlike the present situation, sports complex would offer great infrastructure facility such as tracks for biking, racing and skating which seems like a boon for professionals who need the foundation of a supportive sports facility. Secondly, not only sports facility nearby will add productivity and convenience in one's life ,but also provide non pecuniary added advantages like civic pride, and a greater sense of community. To substantiate, In the United States, new sports facilities are often cited as an indispensablecomponents of urban redevelopment initiatives and sources of sustainable economic growth in terms of job creation and income generation.
Thirdly, unlike baseball ground which include only one sports and staggering amount of funds, a sports complex can hold sports tournaments that can bring people from neighboring states and derive revenue on an unprecedented scale which in turn can have huge impact on a community’s economy.
Considering these reasons, I firmly believe athletic tracks and sports complex would have paramount significant role on a community as a whole. Again, these are my personal beliefs, but I will support whatever the building management decides to do.
I appreciate the opportunity to provide input on this issue.
