In this modern epoch, children, father and mother are stayed at different places in order to study, or earn money and do not share the same bond as they used to share in traditional era. Apparently, there are myriad reasons that act as a catalyst to separate the people from the family. However, in my contention, this tendency can be changed through taking proper action which would have paramount significance in improving this trend.
Fundamentally, the predominant factors that influence the people to detach from their households in this modern era can be observed. To begin with, as earning money is one of the intergral part for livelihood that has increased from past era, men member of the family usually go outside of his own area for a job to maintain a happy lifestyles. As this golden opportunity has substantial contribution in the life of people, for instance, many developing nations like India, China and Nepal donot have enough employment in rural area as they are not yet developed. So, the people have no choice except to endeavor the city area to avoid dismal consequences of becoming jobless. Secondly, in this cosmopolitan stage children after completing their primary and high school education are more motivated by the popular university education , thus they move to abroad or to developed cities for studies which have benefited considerably to the students. To illustrate, there are numerous educational universities like delhi university, LPU , panjab university and so on which provide more educational facilities for better future. Thirdly, privacy is another biggest factor that have given more push to this trend as in this era people feel more comfortable in their own space and reap the benefits of this trend. For instance, teenager are the huge example of this as they do not feel that anyone should indulge in their matters. They feel that they are enough to take their own decision without any interference. According to BBC survey, this trend has been welcomed warmly in our country.
Nevertheless, there are multifarious preventive measures we should take to eliminate this problem. Chiefly, families should decide to be with their family every weekend then definitely it would compensate the time they worked round the clock throughout the week which will act as a contributing factor in improving relation of a family as weekend bonds might even make individual emotionally more attached to the members of the family and could strengthen their relationship. For instance, children those are working in their neighboring cities can come on weekends and past time with their parents. Besides, government need to take more responsibility if they want to change this situation. Government can make industries, factories in rural areas. In fact it should be ensured that every people of nation should obtain job easily in their own local area which will result in exponential rise in raising the economy. Also, companies can play crucial role and can give significant rise in improving the family relations by Trending them more from home. By doing this, they will allow their staff to spend more time with their families and they should also declare holidays and organize family day in a company. This can help them to recuperate their relationships. According to Forbes, these solutions can benefit considerably to families by improving their family relations.
Suffice to say, hectic work schedule has detrimental effect and act as a major hindrance for creating close bonds with family and it is very consequential that people of the clan should live together because they need each other if they face any problem. The responsibility is not only of government but of individual also dual efforts can have divine benefits. Therefore, each and every person should make efforts to be in touch with their loved ones.
