Indubitably, science and technology has grown by leaps and bounds which emboldens the people to purchase multifarious products. It is believed that public is mentally obliged to become spendthrift which pursues them to buy unnecessary electronic gizmos and faddish items. However, even though this practice brings about a mixed bag of boon and bane, its catastrophic effects outshines its constructive benefits.

On the constructive part, society is blessed with numerous benefits because of presence of numerous range of entities which are worth mentioning. To begin with, brand-new appliances play a significant role in making the lives of people comfortable and easy. To exemplify, launch of latest smart phones every month is considerably curtailing the physical efforts of mankind like buying grocery or ordering cooked food which is encouraging the people to get latest phones with higher efficiency and output. Secondly, there is also a prolific surge in the manufacturing of the product related to electronic and clothes which humans prefer to order more and too often than required. To vindicate, in countries like India, China there was an unprecedented selling of laptops and leather jackets last year which incontestably proliferated the financial status of these countries. Seemingly, unethical activities have also been on the rise as a result of excessive spending due to which individual do the wrongful actions like pick pocketing, and robbery. Besides this, the animosity from the neighbours or subordinates in regard to clothes, auto mobiles often bound the society to become prodigal which plants rift in the bonds of the people. To conclude, although countries and their organisations revenue are getting multiplied due to overspending attitude of their citizens put their actions are causing serious repercussions in terms of criminal activities and antagonism among their relatives and colleagues which definitely outperforms its merits.
