In some countries, most people prefer to rent their home rather than buying them. What are the advantages and disadvantages of renting a home.

Sample Answer : Indubitably, home is the most indispensable place where a person grow up. In this ultra modern epoch,  in numerous nations immense number of populace prefer to live as a tenant instead of purchasing their own home. However, it is a mixed bag of both boon and bane.

On the constructive part, society is blessed with multifarious benefits because of presence of rented house, which are worth mentioning . To begin with, it is the inevitable contributing factor which is conducive to experience versatile varieties of house in various locality. Yet another, buying a home in metropolitan city incontestably not an easy task for a middle class family because it requires money in lakhs and crores . Inclusively , the mother paramount significant factor is that in this contemporary era, new generation incessantly prefer  to migrate one city to another in several intervals for better professional job opportunity. So, they do not have to block money for short time period. For instance, BBC published a survey in which it was mentioned country like India where metro cities like, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune , Chandigarh where 57% people prefer to live as paying guest or in a rented house which is under their budget. Eventually , the rented house conspicuously available on limited amount whereas , purchasing a house require loans and huge amount of savings.

On the destructive part, there appears to be potential shortcoming from this trend. Needle to say, own home brings irrefutable outcomes as compare to rented home. Because properties like, home, shop consider as a fruitful long-term investment and help to enhance wealth ultimately. Furthermore, the major substantial gaining of own house is that it avoids the unnecessary bother of renewal the rent contract and transfer the luggage while the need to change or relocate to new  rental properties. Meanwhile, personal house can help to integral and intellectual exploitation which are not suppose on rental basis .  Moreover, nowadays , the rent of a house also reach the sky and you have to listen all instructions of the landlord. As a consequence, sometimes it creates unneeded arguments  between tenant and owner.

Suffice to say, most of the people choose to stay on rent bases owing to the costly house and they have their own personal  reasons but we cannot neglect the benefits of own house which provide us comfort.
