On the constructive part, society is blessed with the presence of modern techniques and innovations in the constructions industry which are worth mentioning. To begin with, in the recent times, numerous technology adherence in the building industry is aiding the archaeologist and researchers in restoring the monumental and heritage building having substantial contribution in protecting them from deteriorating. Secondly, modernization of such significant structures are providing a rise in the number of employment opportunities for civil and architectural engineers. Thirdly, modernization of old building is also economical and has less fiscal burden as compared to the construction of  a whole new  building.
