More and more people are using computer and other electronic devices to access information. So printing of books, magazine and newspaper should not be done. Do you agree/disagree?

It is an undeniable fact that technology is significantly prospering and taking us in new directions. It is often argued that technologic gadgets are controlling the use of books, magazines and newspaper and therefore no publishing should be done. However, I firmly disagree with this notion.

Ostensibly, there are various reasons why traditional methods of getting information are yet well known. To begin with, reading newspaper has not only become a fervent habit for most individuals, but also considerably more convenient, cost efficient and simplest method for access. For instance, elders in the society starts their day with a cup of tea and skimming and flipping through the newspaper. Secondly, unlike electronic gadgets that require charging ports, the ancestral ways can be easily carried from one spot to another and requires no electricity. Hence, the conventional techniques accelerate the index of happiness of people aged 40 above.

Furthermore, gathering information from machines only, make us technophobic and we will have no place in this always progressing present-day world.  To facilitate this, the research initiated by BBC states that excessive use of modern technologies lead to degradation in individual’s holistic development and an imminent threat to their communication skills. Besides, does it deteriorate one’s health? Certainly yes, being surrounded by electronic components has detrimental ramifications on holistic development and cognitive skills. Thus, the use of mechanics should be limited taking its consequences into consideration.

To recapitulate, although the existence of individuals is influenced by cutting edge forms of technology yet it cannot hinder the presence of newspaper and magazines in day to day life.
