Success is the ability to go from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm. Each sport and activity requires a specific set of skills to gain success. However, there are predominantly two contrasting view where a section of society vehemently deems that physical strength of athletes is the key element to the success while other emphasizes that mental component is prerequisite.

Apparently, various factor makes a section of people advocate that physical performance is a host of ostensible factor and have many reasons to substantiate it. First and foremost, not only they stimulate and optimize their strength ,but also with the strongest and fittest bodies they can achieve their best to get success in their respective sport. To vindicate, the elite cricket players of the National cricket association always look energized and have great chance to win the championship. Secondly, unlikely people who suffer from diseases and with medical condition are less likely to defeat their strongest competitor. Hence, physical component is fundamental for successful performance in sports.

On the other hand, some believe that concentration and emotional control have paramount significance in sports for myriad reasons. Chiefly, if athletes are perfect in controlling their distraction and anxious movement, they always tend to get the victory. To corroborate, cheers from the crowd or whistle from the empire can distract their concentration and may result in failure while experience a major even of his or her life. Furthermore, does family disturbance too impact the performance of the sportsperson? certainly yes, loosing a family member or up and downs in a relation have catastrophic effect and might get in the way of the game, if left uncontrolled.

In my profound opinion, although the physical ability is a contributing factor to the players, a good mental concentration and emotional control can also shift the game outcome at distinct stages.
