Dear Mr. Pruthi,

Hope you are doing well!! I am writing this letter to recommend a Child Welfare group for donation. This will not only help our local community, but our employees with low scale pay will also benefit with this noble deed.

Ostensibly, since it is a non-profit organization, so I would suggest aiding them. Their motive is to eradicate illiteracy and provide promising growth to the poor children of our community. Unlike others, this group hire teachers from substandard families with good qualifications and teaching experience.

Recently, they have ran out of their funds for the latest project to construct a school for poverty-stricken students. If we could support them with books, sports equipment, school furniture or any funds, it would be beneficial for the smooth running of this cause.

At the outset, our company will reap the benefit tremendously in terms of gaining reputation and sales. Furthermore, they have promised to provide free education to children of our lower management staff which will enlarge their morale and motivation level.
